The only way they allow you to order is by standing outside the window. They keep the lobby locked so they have less to clean. Fries are always cold. The only time to receive decent service is before 2pm while the big managers are there.
Very rude employees, walked up to the window at 920pm and they said they would not serve us because they said they closed at 9pm. Waited forever for a fry and a drink while people that ordered way after me were receiving their full meals. Worst part was the fries tasted stale and there was literally clumps of hair in them.
They really need some help. The inside has been closed in the mornings due to low staff. My bacon, egg and cheese mcmuffin was hard as a rock...couldn't enjoy my breakfast. The employees are friendly, but they need more help. I won't be going back until they can get more staff in place.
