I’ve driven past this restaurant many times throughout the years but after seeing it on an episode of Netflix’s Fresh Fried and Crispy, I decided to finally stop by. I ordered the combination dinner with shrimp and fish. It was insanely delicious! I definitely plan on coming back! It was too hot to eat outside so I ate in my car. Very friendly people!
I got the Shabazz Seafood Sandwich and it was amazing. Just like a fish sandwich I remember from being a kid. No crazy fancy bread. Just simple bread and fish with a delisiously sweet sauce. I'll hit this spot every time I visit Savannah!
It was a decent amount of food ( bread, salad, fries, and shrimps). I gave 4 star because the shrimp was too small for the price.
Listen up Listen up when I say amazing it’s not the word actually this food was 🔥 first time here & I was BLESSED with a plate to try along with my FRESH FISH SANDWICH I ordered and yeah y’all see that drink I should have gotten a bigger one, if y’all stop through Savannah it’s a must you go here..
If you love seafood, you cannot go to Savannah without coming to Shabazz. The food is amazing, especially the fried shrimp and crab. Don't forget to get some of the juice as well. Highly recommended.
This place was soooo good. I got the combo with shrimp and fish and a crabcake sandwich... 5 stars across the board. Definitely going here every time i go to Savannah
Food was fresh and awesome!! They only have fruit juice to drink though. I brought my own bottled water, but the food and price make that little to be concerned about. Go on a nice day because they only have outside tables. I would definitely recommend this joint.
I'd been meaning to try it but hadn't yet and when I saw it on Fresh Fried and Crispy I knew I had to go. My dad and I split the two item combo, fish and shrimp. Also came with fries and a salad. Wait was pretty short. It's a bit hard to hear them through the window setup they have to order. Everything was fresh, good temperature, the fries were really good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, no rubber shrimp here! The fish wasn't my absolute favorite, I prefer cod but it was still good and I'd definitely eat there again. It also came with one sauce - order two if you dip your fries or you'll run out.
I definitely enjoyed my visit here as the locals were very helpful for asking what to order. I was told to grab a fish sandwich (delicious) a slice of bean pie (which I've never had) and the famous Shabazz juice (basically tropical punch kool-aid) all of which I recommend for your first time and it came out to 11 bucks all together. The food was hot and delicious and service was fast. I definitely recommend this place. P.s. You'll have to order like a closed gas station with the outside window. Just a heads up. But its an experience!

OMG I am from Compton, California, where you go to a "You Buy We Fry" seafood restaurant. This took me back home... LITERALLY! If in question just go. It is worth every penny. My God! I'm definitely impressed. Seasoned to perfection and fresh.
After we hat the supreme fish combo a have to rise from 4 to 5 stars. Amazing sandwich - go get this ! I came from Germany just for this sandwich
-First time here food was fresh and hot got the 3 piece whiting was delicious comes w fries, salad, bread and the fish of course only thing wish they separate the little salad it was hot couldn’t eat it..
Customer service was great! Parking could be challenging for some, but wasn’t for me. I’m from THE CITY. Our Order came out fresh and hot it did lack seasoning. But that do depend on your preference. We will be back ☺️
Employees were very friendly, didn't take long for our food to arrive. price was reasonable for our order, the salad was good didn't care for the bread because it was wet. Shrimp was seasoned very well and so were my French fries will definitely come back!
This was some good fish. It's a little walk-up shack right by the road with limited parking so that a clear sign that it's gonna be hot, fresh and good.👍🏿

After seeing this restaurant featured on Fresh, Fried and Crunchy, I had to try it for myself. It was outstanding and I can’t wait to get to Savannah again to have another, and to try other items on the Menu
