The staff were fast efficient yet friendly, they worked together to get all vehicles in the drive thru on their way without compromising the integrity of their food and drink and I got exactly what I asked for.
We visit almost every Sunday for the best iced coffee ever. The service is so pleasant and one of the highlights of my day.2 weeks ago something changed. Some dude handed me a light iced coffee that was missing some of my coffee. It's usually full what happened? 🥺
They closed 20 minutes early after having open sign on still and I placed a mobile order that I couldn’t cancel. When I was at the window they want to ignore me like I’m not there.
I did come in the next morning and the manager and morning staff were so nice and apologetic. They really made sure to make it right and show their concerns which was so nice!

Staff seemed nicer recently and my order was correct. Previous visits haven't been so great, but I'll come back again to see if the service has truly improved.
Service has improved over the past 6 months, the lines are shorter most weekends, but every now and then it's easy to tell that they're understaffed.
