This is probably one of the best Pizza Hut stores in Savannah!! The staff here go above and beyond to take care of your order! I order from here frequently and never had any problems! Even the days I screw up my own order but they still fix it for me! I would recommend this Pizza Hut on Ogeechee/ Kroger plaza.

Easy on-line ordering that allowed me to schedule a delayed delivery to an ill neighbor at a specified time, pay the tip, and choices for regular diet and vegetarian diet. Friendly manager confirmed over the phone that I submitted the order correctly so I could go on with my day. Favorite thing was the tracking app that notified me when my order was baked and fixing to leave the store, when they were on the way, approx delivery time that changed according to traffic flow, and a map that reflected the exact route of the driver with a symbol for the vehicle. Final alert that the driver had arrived at the delivery site. Impressive...Great experience!
Great. There was no in store line, took about 20min 2lg and 2 orders of 12 wings. Went to little Ceasars first because of cost and thought would be faster but standing there 10min and realized the 4 in front of me still has not ordered. It was more expensive but got home in a decent hour from not having to wait. Thank you Pizza hut
Order was ready on time, it took about 20mins top!! I did carry out and the restaurant was clean and the employees seemed nice!!
Customer service was the tops, I choose more places from my interaction of the employee's than I do alot of the products. It was a delight to have received a smile from the beginning of my order placement, till the time of receiving my hot, reasonably priced, timely and most of all very delicious pizza and other items(don't judge me). The more she smiled and was being pleasant the more I ordered, this was by far one of the best eateries with the CUSTOMER SERVICE I can say you will have as I did.
I called last minute to order 15 pizzas for my baseball team after a late night game. The manager didn’t have enough time ingredients to accommodate regular one toppings, so she upgraded us to stuffed crust at no charge. They were also unsure if they could deliver to our hotel, but went above and beyond to work it out for us. Pizza was great and staff was phenomenal!
Our family has enjoyed pizza from this location many times! The pizza is always hot and delicious! I also use them for delivery when we have parties after church! The pizzas are always delivered on time and the pizzas are perfect! I ordered 40 recently and they were spot on!
The crew was nice and the restaurant was clean. I got the big dinner box the food was good the only thing I can say is I wanted bone in wings but you can only get bone out no substitute.
Fast service & a good meal I didn't have to cook.
