Went from bad to worse. This is my ice cream from a few months back. You can see the streaks from where it wasn't mixed correctly. Very gritty. And yes.. this is plain vanilla in a cup. They do not have a go in to sit down and eat section it is a drive up in your car they have multiple probably 40 drive up and never get out of your car service where you can either take your food home or you can eat there and they have a few picnic tables outside where you can e

They close at 4 pm due to low staffing but don't seem to be doing anything to change that issue. So it makes me wonder if our community is not worthy of this sonics services after 4pm. Fries, tots, not even warm. Took 17 min to get two drinks. Short staff; what it seemed like. The server's to me had no part of low service, mark. Above the server level where two star mark needs applied.

Was gonna get some items off the snack menu that they have been advertising on tv and the app but guess what? They don't have them here in Savannah so I left and ordered nothing. Very disapppointing! But then again they do close at 4:00 in the evening also! Who woulda ever thought.....

Not a very good one as Sonic Drive-Ins go. They forgot half our order and then we’re slow to come talk to us to correct it and in the end we actually still never received what we paid for!!

I can't brag enough about my girls at Sonic in Savannah TN. They are running short handed but they just keep on going and I want to give a big shout out to Mena,Sue, Kayla,and to all of the other girls that work hard to keep our Sonic open.I have so much respect for you all!!!!
