Although it was a crowded mall, on Sunday afternoon, to have a table for six, took only three minutes.!
Details: architectural details and decoration makes this place a nice place to be.
The menu, well, an eclectic selection of good plates and deserts, the bar is also well stocked.
Opportunities?, yes. However staff and managers are always friendly and overseeing the operation.

First time there and it was really good, but without reservation you will wait really long time for the table during the weekend. I had bacon-bacon cheeseburger and some pasta with chicken. Plates are really big for a really good price. You have a choice from "skinny menu" - healthier meals. Really nice place with a really huge choice from the menu. Place was clean, nice, cozy. I will be back 100%. Thank you so much

Bread n butter spot on,,,soft and tasty. Diane medallion and Salmon was great too.

The food was lovely, fresh and flavorful. Ordered two of the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta and Turtle Cheesecake. Loved them both! As for the waitress, she was rather horrible. She messed up the orders and was unprofessional.

This is my mother's favorite place just for the avocado egg rolls they serve. So everytime we get a chance to make a trip into town with her she wants to come. Its always a good time and the staff is very kind.

Decided to post up at the bar after returning a purchase at the mall to catch the Chicago Bulls game on TV. Grabbed the Lunch Soup and Caesar Salad which seems to be my quick go-to option. The Blood Orange Aperol Spritz was refreshing. Bar Service was great. I asked if they can make a Hot Toddy but was asked what makes one đ The Bartender/Server poured me a quarter of Knob Creek Whiskey so that was nice but was definitely way too much liquor - real world problems, right? đ
Had room for dessert so obviously had to have a slice of the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake (pictured here w/ an Irish Coffee). Definitely a spot to come back to whether shopping in the mall or not.

AMAZING AMAZING FOOD HANDS DOWN THE BEST RESTAURANT EVER WOW and the cheesecakes bangđHome of the BEST cheesecakes ever! My friend and I wanted to try a new restaurant we havenât tried before and decided to have dinner and we rated everything a 1000/10. We ordered fish tacos and shrimp Alfredo pasta which was the BEST, fulfilled my night! Weâre definitely going to recommend to friends and family! Our server was the kindest, so thank you to her/him for being patient and nice. Food was just fantastic, I honestly wanted to order the whole entire menu! Itâs a fancy restaurant, so you pay what you get for here. Cheesecakes SLAP here, they are just mouth watering! Favorite one is definitely the oreo dream cheesecakeđ€€also love how they accept walk ins, always annoying having to wait or put reservations! They seat you right away and the atmosphere and ambience here is warm, amazing and we had so much privacy at our table! Next time I come here Iâm definitely trying their four cheese pasta and their impossible burgers, heard those things are amazing! Menu is huge, thereâs so much to choose from! This place is always packed for a reason, huge kudos to their business AND most importantly their chefs who work so hard and their efforts go unappreciated!â€ïžMy friend and I are definitely going to think about coming here on a Saturday for their brunch! Cannot wait to try it đ

It's a Cheesecake factory. Food is consistent and service is great. They now take reservations so make sure you do that ahead of time. This location can get really busy.

Super restaurant for soft breads and gumbos.. I love this place from 2015 đđ.. cheesecakes are heavy and tasty. <br/><br/>Location : Prime location at Woodfield Mall near Schaumburg <br/>Seating : Large restaurant with many table and chairs. Bakery is also inside it.<br/>Service: Great service.<br/>Waiting : minimum 15-30 minutes waiting. But worthy.<br/>Favorite : Chicken Gumbos , Soft bread (starters)<br/>Price : Higher side but love the food

If u r a dessert lover ....must place to visit!!!<br/><br/>Do try the ultimate red velvet cake. I also tried 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake , both were super yummy although they were very heavy to be eaten all alone.<br/><br/>Yummylicious.....finger licking cakes :)

This has been on my go-to list for a long time now. Being a dessert fan, I just had to try the cheesecakes here. <br/><br/>The location is convenient and although the place looks deceptively small from the outside, it is pretty huge inside with a large number of booths. Unfortunately, this also means getting the servers attention is pretty hard.  <br/><br/>The food is ok, special mention to the fried calamari with the garlic sauce; crispy and just perfect. Portion sizes are pretty huge, so its worth the price tag. Moving on to the much awaited part, the cheesecakes! Quite a huge variety, took our time deciding on what to order. Settled on the red velvet cheesecake. Was delish, but a little too rich. The biscuit base was too little and the cheesecake portion, very large. That threw the balance off making it quite heavy and rich. Flavor wise, fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. Edit: I dropped in more recently, to order a takeaway on the cheesecake and the staffer was fantastic; very helpful. Decided on the Godiva Chocolate cheesecake (pic below) and it was just perfect-o!

Fave. The Miso Salmon here is one of my all-time favorite restaurant meals. So good I had to google the recipe and make it for a dinner party of 8. I always have to have some kind of dessert after a meal so I love having so many choices.

Outstanding food and service everytime we go there. Never have had a bad meal and the filet is one of the best steaks I have ever had. So juicy and so flavorful.

The service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. Two meals were delivered to the table followed by the last two meals 7 minutes later. I have eaten at other Cheesecake Factory locations and have always been happy with the meal and the service. Had this happened during a busy time, I could have understood. I willnsay that based on our experience the manager comp'd our entire meal. I will still not return to this location again.

Awesome good. Had the jamaican style chicken and shrimp with beans and rice. Tastes awesome. Huge portons and great service. I had room for a slice of snicker cheesecake which tasted great. See above photo of dish I ate. Overall the food was great and not too expensive.

Really Nice for a Mall Restaurant. This place is busy like most of the Cheesecake Factories. <br/><br/>The only downside of this location: It is seems smaller than the rest AND darker. ALSO you have to run the gauntlet of stollers due to it being connected to the mall. Tripping over little kids is NOT a favorite.<br/><br/>PLEASE NOTE: They don't take reservations.<br/><br/>FAVORITE App: Avocado Egg Rolls<br/>FAVORITE Sandwich: Shrimp and Bacon Club<br/>FAVORITE Cheese Cake: The Original w/ Strawberries<br/><br/>The Servers obviously go through ALOT of training because they are VERY Knowledgable.<br/><br/>NOTE: The Bar high-top tables are self seating ... If you're the type who battles with menu indecision, you'd best steer well clear of The Cheesecake Factory. There's a ludicrous number of options here, including 26 appetisers, 12 types of burgers and do I need to mention the 34 different cheesecakes they have for dessert?!
