I did not dine here, but got caught in a downpour while walking near by and sought shelter under the valet cover. Even though it was after hours, the owner invited us in and bought us a beer. Great people, and I will make a point of dining here the next time I am in Chicago.

Had a great dinner celebrating my friend’s 50th last night! We were originally seated near a very large party and asked if we could be relocated. Our waitress Teegan was excellent and immediately spoke with a manager who promptly set up an awesome table for us in the bar area! The food was excellent! One of my friends and I shared the braised short rib ravioli and the square pasta with chicken. Both of them were excellent! I thought the prices were great too! I will be back with my husband! Thanks for a great meal and excellent service!
We went with a large family group (including several children) for my mother’s birthday. Our server, Monika, was so personable and friendly and really went the extra mile to be sure we had everything we needed, even bringing me my glass of wine personally when I was at the other end of the table talking to my mom instead of just leaving it at my plate. The food was delicious (I ordered the Rigatoni Vodka) and came in huge servings. My son did not like the Mac n cheese but that’s not a comment on the quality of the dish, more on him being picky about it (it didn’t come from a blue box). I brought it home for myself to eat because I thought it was delicious! My husband loved the Rigatoni with Marinara and Italian Sausage (though a word of caution, he said the Sausage was quite spicy).
We also enjoyed the live music- the performer was really good. So good that We weren’t sure at first if it was a recording or not. Overall, a wonderful experience!
By far one of the best restaurants in the area! Always excellent service and I have never left there feeling hungry. It has become a place where me and my friends enjoy meeting for great conversation and good entertainment.
We sat on the patio on a beautiful evening. The wait staff and managers are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and comes out with just the right timing so you don’t feel rushed. This restaurant is a real treat.

The best Italian I've had outside of New York. Truly classy place with stunning decor and unparalleled ambiance. The staff was amazing and the food was perfection.
From the valet parking to the Eggplant Napolean, the vodka sauce gnocchi, this place was wonderful. I felt welcome and would go back in a heartbeat.
Celebrated my birthday at Chicago prime. It was absolutely delicious, the staff was amazing and the restaurant has a great vibe. My new favorite place!! Thank you for great evening

I went to this place on a quick trip early this summer and remember it well like every other excellent experience I've had dining out. I only had the calamari and a salad, but I'm sure the entire menu is as good as those two basic items were.
A restaurant cannot go wrong using only fresh quality ingredients, making everything from scratch. That's CPI's style, and the reason I will be back many times.
Also, try to go when Live Pete Show is performing, for a real treat! This guy is truly a one-of-a-kind class-act performer, and I don't wonder why this fine establishment hires him.
Wonderful atmosphere, service and food!! AJ, I realized it has been over a year and I did not ever get to a review!! Thank you again for having such a compassionate heart to our family during our time of great loss. Everyone at Chicago Prime Italian went above and beyond to take care of us and to provide us an atmosphere to remember and reflect on my younger sisters life. It is truly a testament to be proud of as a business owner.
Chicken Parmigiana was delicious along with the the pasta. The best part was the service! Our waitress Karen was lovely and patient. She explained everything, checked on us frequently and boxed up our food. We had two other members of the staff come check on us and help us, not including the hostess who was just as friendly. Glad this was near where I was working, pleasant surprise.
This place was perfect for a casual dinner. This place prides themselves on being family owned and making everything from scratch. Immediately walking in we felt welcomed by the friendly staff, seated right away, and had our drink order taken. The gentleman who took our drink order warmly introduced our waitress Karen who was also warm and welcoming. Karen took her time with us, reviewed the menu, and continously checked in on us. Not to mention the food was fresh and hot.
Although we were just passing through this place was perfect.
Absolutely one of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting. They blended things that I've never thought would go together and the service was amazing😍 this is now one of me and my husband's favorite spots the menu was so appealing we spent almost $200 just trying different things 😋 I can't wait to be back in the area to visit again
Chicago Prime Italian Restaurant in schaumburg is such a great restaurant!!! This was my first time there and the service was out standing! The staff went above and beyond from beginning to end, from the service, the drinks the food and the all around atmosphere. I highly recommend Chicago Prime Italian Restaurant and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Anthony James you are so nice and so awesome with your staff. Our wonderful and fun server Olti, who was quick, efficient, funny, clever and really nice. Our chef Mr Benitez. The food was outstanding! Our bartender had me impressed with his skills and my delicious drinks and last but definitely not least thank you to the entire team you guys were truly on top of things and everyone was so nice.
By far the best experience of mine and the wife's life!! People were so friendly!! Food was phenomenal!! They give you big portions!! Very clean. Lights were so nice being dim and having the candles at the table were perfect!! My wife was so happy she started tearing and that made me tear cause seein her that happy made my year. Can't thank everyone there enough!! I'm in trouble cause I'm already wanting to go back lol. Keep bein awesomeness Chicago prime!! You got fans!! 🤘😁🤘
Amazing dinner experience! Martha was phenomenal! Sweet, funny and so attentive. The service was perfect and they handled our louder bunch wonderfully. Can’t wait to come back!

Service was outstanding! Our server was on point and friendly. The ambience had low light and candles, slighty upscale restaurant with white tablecloths. it's a great date night spot or a perfect place for a birthday dinner. We saw about 4 birthday celebrations during our dinner and the servers bring out bottles with huge sparklers in them while singing.
Food was great, but the only complaint that I have would be that all our meat and veggies were over charred. I ordered the steak medallions and they were chared and looked over cooked but after cutting into the steak it was a perfect medium rare. I had shrimp with my steak and those were cooked perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes are top notch too! My husband's Lamb, Brussel sprouts and potato fingerlings were all covered with a dark char as well. Tasted fine, but it all had a slight charred taste. We would definitely come back and want to experience some more menu items on their extensive menu. They have a lot of different food choices plus daily specials.
Awesome atmosphere, terrific service, and delicious food!
Went here for the first time for our cousins birthday, and we're glad we did. Yes, food is on the higher side, but its well worth it. Food was delicious. The portions are surprising generous. The steaks were tender and the pasta were well well seasoned and creamy. The service was terrific! Our server was delightful and was very pleasant. We definitely left with our belly full and face smiling.
Will definitely go back!
