Slow service. Multiple wrong orders holding up service. Taking more orders than possible to keep track of prior to slowing service down further with corrections. Recommend driving across town to the other Jersey Mike's or order 20 minutes ahead of time.

What happened to this place? Customer service here is non existent these days. Was inside waiting for a prepaid pickup order for over 15 minutes, ended up I was waiting for the cold sandwich, not the hot sandwich that had been waiting and getting cold in the bag. TALL GUY WITH CURLY HAIR AND SAGGING
