This Place is AMAZING!! They’re sandwiches are incredibly tasty and well worth the price. I see reviews talking about how they’re running out of bread or how they have to wait for there food. I used to work at a jersey mikes a few years back and we make bread accordingly to our sales and it’s impossible to predict the right amount at times. They usually don’t make bread past 7pm due to it taking 1-2 hours for it to bake and so it’s not they’re fault for them running out of bread.

*Previous 4 Stars* 8pm 06/19/2022* Please Review Health Protocol with your employees. The guy working the register had just finished taking money from a customer and then went to the grill to make my sandwich w/o changing his gloves. He had already touched on the meat so I quickly stopped him. Meanwhile another Employee was wiping down the working station / sandwich cutting board with a nasty towel full of mustard and 2 other colors. Out of 3 employees there, not 1 of them understood my frustration. Once another customer agreed that the register guy should have definitely changed his gloves, then they finally "got it"! I left the store in total disgust!!

Second time I tried getting something they are out bread.First time I got there at 8pm and they said they were out of bread. I asked if they were out or they just didn’t want to make it because it was 8:30pm answered me Really rude. Such a bad customer service. Very rude. Didn’t get my refund until I called twice and they were so rude. The associate that answer was been sarcastic. When I just called to get a refund because they were to refund me on Thursday and now is Tuesday!

Slow service. Multiple wrong orders holding up service. Taking more orders than possible to keep track of prior to slowing service down further with corrections. Recommend driving across town to the other Jersey Mike's or order 20 minutes ahead of time.

I got here 10 minutes before 9:00 they told me they only have salads and wraps it's some BS my wife used to work at Jersey Mike's they cleaned up early so they can go home cuz it's Friday they should be all disciplined for this and you just lost a sale and a future customer cuz I will never come back here oh and the open sign is off because they were trying not to have customers come in!

I walked in and I saw them putting the bread in the back and when they saw me they the courage to say “we are out of bread”. What was even better I saw a curly haired guy smoking in the back with his pants sagging. I have never been to place so unprofessional, why hire these guys if they want to close early and smoke in the back? This isn’t the first time they “ram out of bread”.

I really like Jersey Mike's this is the smallest location I've ever been in. Really nice clean place. A number of tables to sit and eat inside. It was really hot outside the day I went the air conditioning was welcomed.I like this place because of the freshness of their ingredients I like the meat being cut right to order. The bread is made fresh every day.The Jersey Mike way on the sandwiches is the way to go.

What happened to this place? Customer service here is non existent these days. Was inside waiting for a prepaid pickup order for over 15 minutes, ended up I was waiting for the cold sandwich, not the hot sandwich that had been waiting and getting cold in the bag. TALL GUY WITH CURLY HAIR AND SAGGING PANTS IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK! HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION! Probably wouldn't want him touching or making your food either. Extremely rude to customers, this guy needs to be trained or fired. Avoid this location

Dan and Ryan were excellent. I walked in having no idea what I wanted and asked for recommendations. Both of them came to a conclusion for letting me try the BBQ sandwich. It was excellent and made perfectly. They were customer focused and ready to engage in all the questions I had for them. They handed me the sandwich with a warm welcoming smile. I will definitely come back thanks to those two. They definitely made me one of the best sandwiches I've EVER had OF MY LIFE. The did not just hand me a sandwich they gave me a memory that I will share with my friends and family. PS... Dan if you ever get to read this... the side with bacon was the best :)

Just left this store and the guy who made my sandwiches was so friendly!! He was very quick and provided excellent service despite my numerous questions. The other employee was also very nice! Sorry I didn't check their names because they deserve the praise! Thank you!!
