I was made to place order online by the person answering phone and it took me couple minutes to do so and it took me 9 min to arrive at restaurant. The lady told me that they were to busy to take order but if you can see pictures they only have 3 customers. What a joke this is why I gave them 1 star for liars..

GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
I've gone to this IHOP for a while but it keeps getting gradually worse when I go. I went with my partner today and our waitress/server was so off, she kept slamming our plates on our table, avoided any kind of eye contact. Overall, she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Mono-tone attitude. She kept talking to other workers about how she "only got a 7$ tip" from another guest. We were completely thrown off with her loud commentary and decided she wouldn't be receiving anything from us either.
The food was mediocre, I'm sorry. We ordered a steak and it came out like this.... it was disgusting. It was the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As you can see in the picture; there were more than enough tables for guests. However, the servers seem to not want to work. Oh - there's probably 7-9 servers. Tables are dirty, partitions for covid are dirty. People kept coming in and leaving complaining that they couldn't believe there was a wait when there's so many tables open. No wonder ihop is going out of business, they're employees must no longer want a job.

As you can see in the picture, restaurant is almost empty. Yet we are on a "waiting list" and we cannot sit at a table but have been waiting in the waiting area for about 15 minutes. No explanation, no estimated wait time. Food was good prior times we were here. We ended up asking to be seated and we were, food was good and our server, Edgar, was really nice. He deserves 5 stars. However the lack of communication from the beginning took away from the entire experience.

The hostesses barely speak English and though they were kind enough, they made it most apparent that they are putting on a show of fake. Having managed several restaurants, I can decipher sincerity in customer service. These ladies have no customer service skills whatsoever. Waitress was fine however, I suggest Maybe not coming to bother the customers so much. We we're barely able to carry on a conversation without being interrupted. I understand she was trying to do her job efficiently but when you observe people having a conversation pestering should be avoided. Especially having everything requested. Some customers May appreciate attentiveness but when you see that people are obviously talking I would suggest leaving them alone for a while unless the customer indicates that they need something. When we actually needed her to come pick up our payment is when she decided to shift attention elsewhere. These employees clearly need better training. The food was great my compliments to the kitchen.

Service was good, food took a little longer than expected but when it did come out it was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed how hot all the food was and it was delivered to our table immediately. I love minions! We came for the minion menu and forgot how great an IHOP can be!
