This must be the saddest sandwich I ever bought, Thank God I opened it and looked at it …it came with extra ingredients ( see picture below) let’s not talk about the service smh, they rush you and then when you repeat your order to make sure is right they hit you with an angry response I GOT THAT! Just had a order to go. Ordered the brisket they did not put enough meat literally a sprinkle of meat and the other sandwich is cold and we were there before pick up so should have been hot a fresh. Very disappointing! I would not recommend this location what so ever. First time coming here and now
Great food great customer service but terrible ownership. They have 3 people working here for breakfast time. Franchise owner trying to line his pockets while making customers wait and employees stressed out. CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Stopped in today and ordered a sandwich, but upon arriving home to eat it I found that my sandwich was made completely wrong. Ordered straight off the menu (turkey bacon avocado) no alterations, and instead received a sandwich with no bacon, two different sauces than what comes on it, and cucumbers
After confirming my pickup order, they ended up substituting the signature bagels with whatever stale bagels they had left. The bagels were not toasted and had the consistency/taste of cardboard. They forgot the additional egg on each sandwich and it took them 45 mins to make

Good bagels. Inside dining is closed. Not sure why the inside dining is closed, but it is. 3 stars for being only partially open.
