AMAZING PRETZELS OMG WOWšššI come to the location thatās in Woodfield Mall and the smell of that once place is across the whole entire mall! Their pretzels are the best, always the same taste and mouth wateringšif youāre a fan of pretzels then you must try the cinnamon ones here! They have both the bites and the whole pretzel! I prefer the bites dipped in icing since itās easier to eat and less messy! Next time Iām definitely going to try Wetzels Pretzels!
This Auntie Anneās Location at Woodfield Mall itās kind of hidden , there is located at under level of the mall.... As you can see on the picture, ..Really clean and friendly staff, social distancing on the waiting line on point! , I would recommend this place 100%
Iām a Perks member and today I had an issue with a coupon on the app at the 3rd floor location near Sephora. I felt bad for holding up the line but the customer service I received from the assistant manager and his team was great. I didnāt catch his name, but he was young and Caucasian. Would recommend this location for a quick quality snack.
Lately the pretzel dogs look dry and a bit overcooked.
No huge issues otherwise, but they need to bring back the raisin pretzels with the icing! Wish the entire company should've never gotten rid of it. Lol
