I did online delivery through Jamba Juice app and I got my order 40 minutes late. Smoothies were like water and when I asked for refund they said it’s not out responsibility it’s Door Dash’s. I said I didn’t use door dash but somehow I only got refunded 3 dollars. Don’t lie to people.
I got the classic smoothies razzmatazz and aloha pineapple. The razzmatazz tastes like a starburst while the aloha pineapple is a more subtle taste and thicker blend. I am curious to try other items though since it is my first time and it's off to a good start.
The smoothies from Jamba Juice are always good. We had the Peanut Butter Moo'd and Greens and Ginger smoothies. They both were delicious!
I’m not surprised this place has been getting terrible reviews in the recent months. The employees there are very disrespectful. I was publicly told off in a very rude manner by one of the employees. A very immature girl behind the counter made a snobby remark about me & I overheard her say "I wouldnt even serve him..." assuming because I walked in without a mask. I give you guys 20$-30$ a week and will never come back again. I'm at your store multiple times a week and never had such disrespect.
