I got kids meal which include chicken nuggets and nuggets that I got wasn’t cooked at all, plus it wasn’t a nuggets, it was chicken thigh. It’s crazy they doing this what kids eat. Never going back there.

Ordered a cheese steak sandwich at Woodfield mall found a bug in my sandwich, went to the cashier and told him, he said oh I'm sorry that happened and just walked away and didn't even offer me my money back or a new sandwich. Never will I order from there again

I will NEVER go to Charley’s Philly Steaks in the Woodfield Mall Again!!! There were pickles in my food and this topping was not included underneath the description of the food! Those pickles made the sandwich taste WEIRD and NASTY!!! I want my money back!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I visited this location last weekend and it was busy. I was worried that my food would take awhile to come out (based on looking at Google reviews). But boy was I wrong! The cashiers were all friendly and my food was prepared fast and correctly! Would definitely recommend coming here! S/O to the GM
