Still have to wait to pick up food when I order ahead online. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Fries were not fresh and was shorted on my drink.

I just popped in to this Wendy's location to grab a small chili to go and was pleasantly surprised by the happy demeanor of the cashier who took my order, and the front manager who gave me my order. Both had big smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

I usually have good experiences here. But I ordered a 4 for 4 and found a piece of long netting that looked like it was wrapped in hair on two of the chicken nuggets. And the burger was not really cooked like how it normally is, the bun was also very soggy. The fries were great though!
Manager Jose in the daytime rude come here everyday to get treated like this? I'll stick to nighttime drive thrus for this reason.
