We had a lot of fun. Kids friendly with many gaming options. Only issue I had was that a cashier there was racist towards us and had an attitude then another guy came to assist us and everything went well after. The other staff was amazing and super friendly and did their job.
After the aquarium we stopped at Via Entertainment. We got sucked in by the Star Wars & Walking Dead games, before we realized 2 hours went by. Sure this place is small, but we still had a lot of fun. They have some of the coolest bowling alleys, that I have seen, in this area. The young man behind the game counter was incredible nice & helpful. Only complaint would be the restaurant service. I understand that they weren't busy & it was the "soft opening", but there was absolutely no waitstaff around at the restaurant. The girl I ended up finding was incredible nice also. A+
Was our first time going. We had fun but ran through money quickly. I figure to play and eat here for an hour or so will cost probably over $200. We was not there long but the kids had fun. They can lower the prices for the games people would probably stay longer and spend more money. It was not busy when we went. About 3 other families was there
I visited Via entertainment over the weekend with my son and his friend as well as another adult. Children are 10 and 8. We visited for them and they absolutely loved it. My friend has an all you can play type card so the boys were able to just go hog wild and play everything they wanted, with the caveat that only 4 games each could actually win tickets. My sons favorite game was Injustice because it was fun and you got a DC comic trading card with each game. I haven’t been to an arcade in years and this was a cool new feature of winning cards. Overall we stayed for about 2 and a half hours. The games I remember were Jurassic Park, Walking Dead, Skeeball, basketball games, knock over the clown face game, price is right big wheel spin type games, and other various pure luck games. I will say their website does not do the actual arcade justice, it’s not huge but bigger than I thought it would be after visiting their site. My friend and I also enjoyed ourselves playing pacman on a huge screen and air hockey along with the punching bag game. Overall we really enjoyed the time here. We were going to order food but the menus smelled of stale beer so it kind of just turned us off on eating there.
The new arcade is cleaner than before. The one down side was that several virtual games were not working.
Had a good time. Entertained the teenager and the toddler! The Koi fish was a big hit with everyone.
Update: A manager quickly got involved and took care of the situation. They explained exactly what happened and why it happened. The food was absolutely wondeful. Because of the misunderstanding, I will be returning. It’s a great atmosphere for kids and adults. I appreciate the customer service from the managers and the staff for making the situation right.
Don’t go here if you’re hungry. I waited over an hour for chicken wings and a grilled cheese sandwich...how hard is that to cook? Over an hour later, I was told there was a printer problem in the kitchen and they are just putting the food in.....thanks for letting me know.....over an HOUR later. I was also only acknowledged 2 times within that hour for drink refills, when my empty cup was clearly at the bar edge waiting to be refilled. Horrible horrible service. Will never be returning.
