Just wanted to say AWESOME job to the staff working tonight. The outdoor crew handled the 1,000 cars in line PERFECTLY haha. Even though the line was long, I got out of there VERY fast with our dinner. *s/o to the guy directing the line... i believe his name was TJ? Saw him motivating the staff to get all the customers moving...* Love this location!

Best service ever!!! Went through drive thru at 9:38am and young ladies were an absolute delight. The one on the intercomm and one at the window were the most polite and delightful servers ever. They deserve so many accolades. You just don't get service like that any more! Well done ladies!!!
I have always loved any Chick-fil-A. I really appreciate how nice the employees are and the food is always fresh.
Today it was sprinkling. Your location had a young gentleman holding umbrellas for patrons coming in to eat. That was so unexpected. Way to go above and beyond service.
The Schertz Chick Fil A is the best in the area! Everyone on staff is friendly and always helpful! We truly enjoy each visit to this location and my kids love all of the activities/events they host!

This Chick-fil-A is the best one we have ever visited! They always have wonderful family events, they have story time, craft nights, etc. We are frequent customers and have continuous great service and smiling faces!

Cant beat the original but tried the brand new grilled spicy chicken deluxe...it was amazing. Love trying new ones but will always love the original
Amazing! If your new to town just get their classical chicken nuggets with fries and Herb ranch! 😋 They also have a playground for the anxious kids! Great employees great service! Also download their app to earn rewards!
Generally stop here once a month but staff and ordering great. Store and grounds, from what I see are well kept.
It was crazy busy with long lines. The kids taking orders and delivering them were polite, efficient and sweet. I hope indoor dining will open up soon as Chickfila is such a good play place.

I will always take this restaurant over most fast food because of the customer service and ability to turn customer faster than most woman of the night
They seemed to be a bit behind even though we'd ordered from the app about ten minutes before we got there. Several cars were directed to the pick up parking spots straight from the drive-thru. Food was great: hot and fresh; just had to wait longer than usual.
