8 out of 10 times I come here I get my food very fast and it's consistently hot. Great chicken flavor and wings. Fries leave a little to be desired but overall the experience at this location is very clean, fast and good taste. Not perfect but very very good.
Food was as usual for Zaxbys.. Decent. Drive thru wait was longer, much longer, then usual. The men's bathroom reeked of Marijuana. Not a good look, or smell, for a business establishment.
I love Zaxby's but thats coming from the location I frequented in Missouri. Both locations here in Madison leave much to be desired. The lobby expierence is disorganized, the fries always mush and not well seasoned, toast is never toasted, and chicken average. You just open the box to a soggy meal.
I used to love zaxbys fries but the taste of them have recently changed. What happened? They taste so much like old chicken grease? I threw up the first time. I tried it again because I figured it was a bad batch, and it didn’t change. Please fix this. Separate the chicken oil away from the fries. T

The bread here always seems stale compared to other Zaxbys. The fries are typically under seasoned.
The chicken itself is typically good. Here and there the chicken ends up dry but it's maybe one in even ten trips.
