There was an issue with my truck that I noticed after I got it washed! Joe, the manager didn’t think they caused it, but he fixed it anyway! What customer service. You do t see that anywhere anymore. The food is excellent, the shopping is a fun adventurous experience! The customer service is amazing
The best kept secret in Scottsdale. Great BBQ and friendly service. AND, you can get a great car wash while you eat and your car will be waiting when you're done.
The place is amazing. Definitely a place you must stop if you find yourself in North Scottsdale. Food taste is great, you won’t regret it. Portion size may seem small but don’t let that fool you. By time you’re done you’ll definitely be satisfied. Cost is a little on the pricey side but nonetheless

Lucky lunchtime at The Thumb! We happened to be in the neighborhood before the best was sold out. The moist and lean brisket and the pulled pork were amazing. The smoke was outstanding! No sauce needed! Cinnamon rolls are well worth and can feed two. The coleslaw is perfect. Only slightly vine

Amazing BBQ, gas, great car wash service, unique gifts, and so much more. I spoke with Tyler, the assistant manager, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will absolutely be back to this location.

Good bbq. Sandwiches should come with a choice of sides instead of just a bag of chips.

Food is incredible. The best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The “no students without an accompanying adult” sign upon walking in is a bit jarring. Along with the “we will persecute you legally if you put soda in your water cup” sign at the coke freestyle machines. But INCREDIBLE food.
WOW! I was so impressed and surprised with the environment, friendly atmosphere and great service at The Thumb. The BBQ was amazing! I got the 3 Meat Sampler of Moist Brisket, Pulled Pork and Andouille Sausage, as well as the Lunch Special Pulled Pork Baked potato. the Sampler was Terrific and melts
