Love this place! Their steak is always to die for. Service is great, can be a tad slower than usual during busy times but they make up for it with the food. This place never disappoints. Been customers for years and will definitely continue to be!
Went yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner. We’ve dined here many times now and have always found it an impressive experience. Dana was a great waitress, friendly and attentive. We ordered a salad and tacos and asked them to split the order for us! They do a great job when it comes to serving! I recommend Village Tavern for a great dining experience. Always eat here when vacationing in Scottsdale. Popular place with locals and tourists. Need to have a reservation unless you like to eat late. Super friendly staff, excellent service and a diverse menu.
Flew in from RI and could not wait to come back to my favorite restaurant in Scottsdale to have my very favorite Chilean sea bass! And the service is second to none �I recommend this place to everyone!! The food, service and half price wine Wednesday, (they have My Santa Margarita) it absolutely cannot be beat!
Great service, atmosphere, food and drinks. Our waiter helped us decide what we wanted to select from the large menu. We just made it for Happy Hour too! Hubby had prime rib dinner and I had the meatloaf dinner. Everything was scrumptious! The only disappointment was we had no room left for desert!! Which I’m sure are fabulous. Til next time...
I love this place. The bartenders and servers are great. The food is fantastic. The old fashions were terrific. This time crab crakes fries coleslaw grilled salmon rice green beans. Usually it’s the super duper grouper. And bacon wrapped scallops. Oh so many decisions so little time.
My husband & I had dinner here last week while vacationing in Scottsdale. Atmosphere in the bar was great & the happy hour deals definitely made us happier. The meal was over the top. Waiter was on top of it. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Excellent! Our first time here. We are on vacation and we met someone recommended it to us. We order small plates and a bottle of wine! It was 1/2 proce wine night. How lucky were we! Food was excellent and the service was on point. Thank you, we will be back
Is a great place for happy hour, the food was delicious, we sampled several appetizers and some of the group had dinner and all liked. Wine was very good too, 1/2 price for the bottle. Service was spot on

Food was great- snacked on Tavern nachos, and had the warm butter cake for dessert. My mother had the prime rib, said it was very good. Great food on happy hr menu too.
Such great food, friendly service. Whenever we visit Scottsdale, we always enjoy meals and/or happy hour there with my father-in-law, Dries, who is a regular customer.

Great food and exceptional service. Our server checked in on us regularly and refilled our drinks whenever we got low. Good came out in good time and was delicious!

Their crab cakes were fresh, more crab and less added ingredients. Butter cake was light with a delicious crunch, surrounded by fresh blueberries and strawberries and topped with ice cream!
Very nice, classy restaurant. Great place for a date night or celebration! The food is delicious and in large portions. The Butcher Steak was cooked perfectly, and you have to get the Brussel Sprouts as a side! I highly recommend the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. So, so good! They have a drink special each night, too. The Chocolate Martini was incredible! Our servers were excellent as well. Loved the decor and ambiance inside. Overall, it's a great spot and will come back again!
Food was fantastic! Probably the best prime rib I've had in years. It was cooked to perfection for all of us. Specialty drinks were great, as well as the usual cocktails. Service was efficient, quick and friendly.

First time dining was 11/27. There was a slight issue with my order. Art (my waiter), one of the house managers, and Brian (kitchen mgr) were highly concerned and prompt to correct the issue by going above and beyond to make my experience great. I returned 11/30 because of the quality in service, quality of food, and utmost welcoming and friendly hospitality I’ve experienced yet in Az! Sure wish you could open in Casa Grande or Chandler area! The Tavern burger was beyond outstanding and ribeye, garlic mashers, Mac n cheese were also phenomenal! Thank you for introducing me to my first espresso martini! I’m trying to perfect the recipe at home! Can’t wait to return!
We hardly ever get out and treat ourselves. I'm so glad we decided to come here. It truly was exactly what we needed. We both got the prime rib. He got the mac and cheese and green beans and I got the broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. He got a Sam Adams beer and I got a glass of this amazing Melbec.
This place was so beautiful, with impeccable food and service. I came in with family and I am from PA. I had the filet mignon tacos with rice and black beans, so flavorful. I also had the wedge salad, I asked for thousand island instead of BC. The only down side was that there was barely any bacon on it and only two tomatoes ): other than that everything was really yummy and I would try it again next time I’m in AZ.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Scottsdale. I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered. The staff is amazing and the dining room is pretty cool. I love the giant fireplace that separates the bar from the restaurant.
I have always enjoyed coming here throughout the years. I have been here for big celebrations with many people and just for romantic dining for two. Service and food has always been great. The servers are very attentative and kind. I always prefer a private booth when dining and this is their seating of choice unless asked for otherwise. The lighting is dim and not very loud when it comes to noise. I would recommend for many occasions. Prices are very reasonable.
What a delectable surprise. We ordered the filler and mashed potatoes and the grouper pasta dish. Absolutely delicious! The food was so good, we knew dessert couldn’t disappoint.
Guys, you haven’t lived until you’ve enjoyed warm carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. This made perfect sense to me. The brown butter cake is equally delicious and pretty.

What a beautiful place to share an afternoon with my Girlfriend and her Father. Everything about this experience was exceptional. Great service, intimate environment, appropriate background music, professional and attentive wait staff, incredible food prepared by chefs who are clearly very experienced in all aspects of the industry. Great presentation on our appetizers and steak dinners. If you're looking for a professional hospitality experience I highly recommend Village Tavern.
