Mastro’s Ocean Club is always an amazing place for dinner and a great vibe. Love how there is always music playing in the bar area.
The food is always amazing and service is always tremendous. From the time you enter the establishment, you will feel warmed and welcome. All of the breads are so delicious and none of them disappoint. The steaks are always fresh and taste amazing! You can not go wrong with any appetizer or side you order. Everything I’ve ever tried here has been so good! I will say the Mac n cheese is my favorite side!
The butter cake desert is a must. The skinny Diablo cocktail is also strong but tasty! Great place to go with a group of friends or for a hot date. You will not be disappointed!
I came here with my company last night and the food was phenomenal! I got the NY Strip with the garlic mashed potatoes & lobster fried rice. I’m not a seafood fan but I absolutely loved this. The wait staff were organized & fun. We were a pretty rowdy bunch & they kept all of us happy. Mario took really good care of us- we were the table closest to the door. Attentive & made sure we had fun. He let me practice my “self-taught” Spanish on him. ☺️
Planned a big party at Mastro’s for 160 people. Gina and her team were amazing!! Such a wonderful experience all around - much better vibe and service than a banquet space at a resort. Definitely recommend!
Very nice upscale joint. We went here with a small business group for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Our server was top notch and the food and drinks were excellent. The location was great to walk around in the strip afterwards as well!
5 stars experience is simplifying it. Our party had an amazing time last night. Before we get to the food, the atmosphere (live music, a little dark in the restaurant) and our server, Sarah were top notch. The food sent everything over the top. Seafood tower was impressive (I took a video rather than photo), lobster bisque was delicious, American Wagyu Tomahawk (enough said) and the butter cake/port wrapped up the evening perfectly. Thanks for making it a special night!
The lighting is a little dim for my taste. Very loud at times. Atmosphere is unbelievable, service is excellent. The staff is well trained at their profession. Drinks and wine beyound your wildest dreams!
Let's start with the 5 Star Service! We had the most wonderful waitress taking care of us all night. She recommended the wine, the appetizers, and the delicious key lime pie. Our glass of water was always full, and we had fresh silverware and plates for each course of the meal. My Kansas city strip steak was cooked incorrectly, but she she promptly took care of it and had me enjoying the correct temperature in a flash. She handled adversity in dining like a professional. She was very friendly and courteous, so we tipped accordingly. I loved the lounge area vibe and the live music. It was a birthday celebration, and we were not disappointed for any instant. We shall return, and I will try to sit in her section once again. This restaurant is one of the best for so many reasons, if not just for the attention to detail with customer service. Thank you very much for making it a special night.
Excellent Service. Best Chilean Sea Bass in town. Great Steak & Brussel Sprouts as well, love how they split the entree's for us. Great Lemon Drop Martinis. Biggest Cheesecake ever. Love the Live Music. Will definitely be going back.
My favorite restaurant in the world. They always make sure you get the most consistent and friendly service. A must have is the panko crusted sea bass and the dirty martini.
The experience was pretty good overall, our server was relatively attentive, the food was quite tasty. I got a giant steak and mashed potatoes along with some cocktails to celebrate. We came here for my friend’s birthday and they did a great job decorating the cake and making her feel special.
The lighting was very dim and it’s so hard to see. I recently had surgery on my hand and struggled terribly trying to eat my meal, but that’s not their fault! I did try two of the cocktails and was pretty happy with each of them until I ordered another at the bar on the way out.
The drink served at the bar was completely different tasting and it was the same drink I had just finished at the table. It left a gross taste in my mouth and I’m just not sure how it was so different. I would come back but be prepared to $pend. They even charge $5 for bread.

My recent experience at Mastro's Ocean Club was truly unforgettable! I had the pleasure of visiting with a group of friends for a bachelorette weekend and we were all so impressed by the incredible atmosphere and hospitality. From the moment we stepped foot in the amazing restaurant, we felt like royalty. The service was top-notch, as were all the delicious dishes that were prepared with care and artistry. Every aspect of our meal from start to finish was executed perfectly, from the fresh seafood appetizers to the succulent steaks and sides. We also happened to catch a glimpse of their fabulous cocktail menu which left us wanting more! The décor was lovely and intimate, adding to the overall ambience of this wonderful place - an experience that made us feel completely pampered throughout our stay. If you're looking for an incredibly memorable night out with friends or loved ones, Mastro's Ocean Club is definitely worth checking out!
Good place for seafood and steaks. The food is top notch, service is good and ambiance is okay.
The bone-in filet and seafood tower are fantastic! Though my filet was medium well when asked for medium rare, since it was bone in, it tasted good. However for a high end restaurant I would expect them to get the temperature right and the server should come and check if the steak is properly prepared. I spent close to $1200 for 4 people. Plus they charge $5 for table bread which wasn’t that great.
The decor is a bit dated, the lighting is extremely dim - perhaps intentional so you don’t see the details. The chairs in the main dining area are uncomfortable and worn out. They need to update the seats and cushions.
Service was okay. The front receptionists were extremely rude / indifferent and don’t make you feel unwelcome.
Food overall was good! Came here for dinner when visiting Scottsdale. Service was a little slow but our server was very nice & friendly. I wouldn’t say this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to but it wasn’t the worst. I know they have several locations throughout the country but I probably won’t come here again. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were yummy, but nothing stood out.
First thing I noticed as the service. Prompt, courteous and professional. I had the ribeye which was fantastic. The cocktails were poured very well and I never had an empty drink. Great place for a date night or a business dinner.
We highly recommend going to Ocean Club. This is one of our go to places for dinner. The food was spectacular and amazing along with excellent service provided to us by Brent. So for the appetizers we had Lobster Bisque, Calamari,
Sautéed Sea Scallops and Crab Cakes. For our entrées we had 2 Bone-in Filets with Jumbo Lobster Tails as well as a Jumbo Pork Chop. Our sides consisted of Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Steamed Broccoli. For our desserts we had Mango Sorbet and the Best Butter Cake you can get out. Do yourself a favor and go check out Ocean Club and ask for Brent they made my fiance birthday very memorable. We will definitely be going back
We enjoyed the atmosphere, even though we did not have reservations we were seated within 10 min. The wait staff (Wolfe and Cayden) were very courteous and professional. The food was outstanding, we particularly enjoyed the tuna tartare appetizer, but everything else (grouper, salmon, mushrooms) was delicious. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, and they brought out a beautiful little Signature Butter Cake. This was a wonderful dining experience for us, we will we back!
36th Anniversary dinner. There was a slight issue with pieces of crab shells in the sauce of the gnocchi. It was a labor issue. The manager Mike was very gracious and adjusted the bill. We will be back. The rest of the dinner was over the top. The Australian Waghu rib eye was as good as I’ve had.

Visiting this place was magical, from the seating, til our table, having multiple servers attending us and making sure we got everything we need.
We tried the seafood tower, crab cakes, New York strip, Wagyu, surf and turf, Chilean sea bass, and cheesecakes.
Everything was outstanding, the food was out of the world, and the hospitality was something else.
When I'm town next I'll come back.
This restaurant is simply delightful. From the moment you walk in you feel wrapped in luxury. The live singer is the cherry on top and her voice was breathtaking, absolutely the voice of a professional. The wait staff was professional, prompt, and attentive. The meal was delicious and exceeded my expectations for steak at a seafood restaurant. I ordered the NY Strip Steak and my fiance got the crab cakes (listed as an appetizer) as her meal. I ordered medium-well (I know I'm crazy) and the steak was beautifully charred yet softly juicy and perfectly pink on the inside. Steak is pictured with lobster mac & cheese plus the creamy spinach side. Highly recommend the cheesecake for dessert! It was magnificently creamy and just delicious! Honestly way better than Cheesecake Factory. The meal and the experience was easily worth what we paid for it.
