One of the best burger I ever get
Smoked bacon is crunchy, rich flavoured
Patty is juicy, ingredients are balanced
Wouldn't explode on your hand
Fries is excellent with those cheesy toppings
Shake is great too, but definitely need to be careful on the calories, extremely sweet
It's a bit pricey to be honest, but still worth 5 stars
Probably some of the best food all around and most consistent. Really miss having this across the street. We came here quite a bit. Love the cheeseburger and fries here. The chicken shack is great and the hot dog as well. This location really had a smooth operation. Was always fast and fresh and the people working were always friendly. Cool location and also nice if you want to grab food without doing the whole Kierland thing of dressing up and waiting somewhere else in a line for an hour.
Went here during the week around 730pm.
Food: Food was sooo good. Had the Double ShackBurger, Vanilla Shake, and Fries. Super bomb food, and not too heavy.
Service: Service was awesome. If you need a guy that takes care of you while you order, it would be Vince.
Atmosphere: Sat outside and relaxed. Kierland Commons has a good vibe and a calm place. Good place to walk around and chill.
Friendly service, clean, and high quality food cooked to order. I had the hot dog as I usually do. I know this place is known for its burgers but I think they have the best hotdogs. Juicy, served hot with a warm, moist bun. Just perfection. The fries were hot and delicious as well.
My friend and I only had the fruit/lemonade drinks..they are to die for!! I had the Blood Orange Lemonade and My bestie had the Sunset Lemonade. We both ordered the small size approx $3.79 The shock here is the cashier totally told us not to worry about paying..we got our drinks free!!! Don't know why but we were fine with it!! This place is incredible:)
We came for lunch with our two children and it was very crowded. The general manager, Blake Stokes, came out and delivered our food and went out of his way to bring us ketchup and napkins. He was genuinly kind and so helpful.
Best fast food burger. IMO that you can get. A single is more than enough.
This location has a nice patio that you can hangout and have your meal.
They make great hamburgers. In-n-Out is still my favorite but Shake Shack has a better selection and there are times when I want something more upscale.
My first time at a shake shack. The food was priced around the same at a Habit burger. I got a regular burger and a milkshake to go. The burger was a bit small for the price but it did taste great. The shake was very good (salted Carmel). The service was fast and the dining area was clean and well organized. Still would prefer In n out or Habit over shake shack but that doesn’t mean this place is not worth a try.

Great food and staff! They give you a buzzer after ordering, you stand in line to order. The bathrooms are in a weird place also. Food was very fresh and delicious! There are seats outside and a ping pong table. Great time!
The shrooms burger is boom, very yummy highly recommend 💯. I tried the caffeinated dragon fruit pomegranate lemonade and that was refreshing and tasted so good. Loved the fries. The veggie sandwich is also very good everyone was happy with what they ordered. Great customer service everyone was nice. They'll give you a number after you order and your food will be brought to you when it's ready. The outdoor seating is very nice and comfortable.

Shake Shack has excellent burgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, crinkle fries, and of course amazing shakes. For dessert or a "shopping break," they have Concretes with mix-ins, and Frozen Custard cups or cones. Every location has their own special, but at this location the specialty Concrete is the "Kierland Common." It is fantastic, with all of the ingredients of S'mores.They also have their own brand of draft beer) "ale" & their own brand of red or white wine. The restaurant is immaculately clean with an open view of the kitchen behind the counter, where you place your order and receive a pager. The service is very efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at all; I was there between lunch and dinner times, however. The seating area outside is a dog friendly area, and also has a ping pong table. They even offer 2 options on the menu for dogs. Another thing that sets them apart is that a friendly staff member, cleaning the tables with sanitized, disposable towelettes, checks to see if everything is to your liking or if, for example, you would like a water (which I recommend with the shakes).

If you don't like shake shack, you've been brainwashed by either Mickie Ds, In n Out, or god-forbid Whats burger. Look, everyone had varying tastes on what the best burger in 'Merica is, but when it comes to fast food burger, Shake Shake for me is it.
I've had the Shack burger in NYC multiple times and now in Scottsdale. I've also had plenty of In n Out in California and Steak and Shake in Indiana. For me, the combo of the bun with the fresh Patty and the shack sauce make Shake Shack, in all locations, the place to beat. It's a wonderful combo of flavor and freshness, every bite savory and indulgant. Some may day is on the expensive side and I will have to admit it's a bit on that, but for me, it's worth it. I eat a burger once every so months, so I budget money (and health) around a shake shack burger. Burgers are very controversial, that's never going to change. But don't let anyone tell you you shouldn't at least allow your taste buds on glorious sampling of a shake burger. Try it for yourself.
The Shack Is Calling.
I've been here a lot because of its taste and atmosphere. I love the shack stack burger and keep in mind that all the drinks can be refilled except beer and shakes.

This burger joint has a nice cozy vibe. Nice staff, and the burger (Shack Burger) was literally the best burger I've ever had. Fries are nice and crispy but still substantial. Good prices (2 single-patty burgers and fries for $15). Coming back as often as I can!
