Creamistry has a really cool ice cream concept using liquid nitrogen. There are a wide variety of custom flavor combinations or you can make your own combo. It is fun to watch them make the ice cream. The price is kind of steep. The shoppe is cheerful and cute, but it is pretty small with limited seating. I would consider coming back to try other flavor combinations.
Super rich ice cream with tons of flavor! This has been open for years now and I’ve never gotten around to trying it until tonight. The experience of seeing ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen is always intriguing and you can either customize an ice cream or get one of their specialties. 4/5 stars because the price is a bit steep and try to avoid the dinner crowd because service will be a little slower. I got there right as the crowd left but as I was walking to dinner the line was out the door. If you have a heavy dinner, go for the regular size.

Clean and plenty of workers to take care of you. A lot of choices that are freshly prepared in front of you. Considered fancy. I was craving ice cream, I got chocolate combustion that was very good and rich in its flavor and ingredients. Highly recommend if you’re in Scottsdale, AZ
Everything about this place is great but the sizes are a bit small for the pricing. The long line moved fairly quickly. It was fun to watch them make the ice cream. Most importantly, the ice cream was very creamy and tasted great. I will be visiting again.
I am confused why this place doesn’t have a 5 star review. 1st time here and I am a HUGE fan. I got the captain breakfast which is basically captain crunch, strawberries, Nutella, whipped cream and ice cream made with liquid nitrogen in front of you. AND the result is amazing. Remember I don’t work for these people or have a friend who does. Im being straight up when I say that was some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Check out my videos and images to see it.
There was three young men at the counter who were so friendly and professional. They were patient with me because it was hard to choose with all the delicious flavors . They also didn’t mind if I took pictures or videos of the amazing process of the ice cream being made with nitrogen . Not to mention they have a non dairy alternative to each flavor 😛! This is the best ice cream place ever !
I'm going to get fat and go broke but I love it! And even if I did get fat, the staff here would never make me feel bad about it, they are the friendliest dairy chemists you've ever seen! Please do yourself a favor, and pick one of their flavor's! (My favorites birthday cake)
In my opinion, way too expensive for what you get. A 5oz cup is $8. It is delicious though. The process they use makes the ice cream SUPER creamy and dense. The associate behind the counter was very nice and personable. Due to production issues, they were out of a few ingredients like almonds and bananas. Also, the tables and chairs could have used a good wipe down. Inside had ice cream/crumbs on them, and outside had bird poop.
The only reason it's not 5 is because we never know when they're going to be open or closed : / since many times we walk down to get ice cream and they're closed from staffing to other issues many times the last few months unfortunately.
However, otherwise incredible ice cream every time! Staff could be a bit more friendly though as I feel the manager component doesn't really exist here. Some are nice though and we always take care of them via tip and seems everyone else does too from what I've witnessed so no clue why theres always a few with a poor attitudes or like they hate their life, making ice cream lol cheer up!
Wow! This is the best Ice Cream we have had!! So delicious! Alana was so cheery and awesome to serve us! We will be coming back every week!!!! Recommend you try this out!
I had an amazing experience with the manager of this location who’s name is Darrell. I needed to find a dairy free cake for my sisters birthday party and Darrell was able to step in and help me out through every step. The birthday party was on Saturday and I contacted him Friday and even with such short notice, Darrell was able to work on the cake Friday night and have it ready by Saturday in time for the party. He took the time to make sure everything was correct and how my sister wanted it and provided the best customer service possible. Thanks Darrell!
Absolutely wonderful place to go for ice cream. If you've never been there it is definitely worth a trip. I love it because I just love ice cream but I've gone there with several people who are not usually able to eat ice cream because they are dairy intolerant. This place has really great alternatives for that and they make it while you wait. It's a little bit pricey but worth it for an occasional trip
Be prepared to wait in line, since it’s that good! Outstanding flavor and worth waiting for. Ordered a medium vanilla waffle cone with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Heath Bar. I like it plain, without sugary topping sauce. So yummy!!
