Enjoyed a HOT bowl of RAMEN. So yes the name speaks for itself. VEGAN Ramen that tasted good. The mushrooms were tender but meaty, the noodles had a nice tooth and overall a satisfying lunch. Stop by. Chef and owner is passionate about his Ramen, presentation is spot on pleasing to the eye.

Best bowl of Ramen in the greater Phoenix area, hands down. Every kind is worth trying, but my personal favorite is the Shoyu. The Onsen egg add-on is crucial, it's like an ultra soft boiled egg that almost melts in the bowl. The cured egg that comes with the Shoyu is also the best around, I've never had another like it. The owner who started it is a chef, and it very clearly shows from the second you walk in. Elegant digs with a clean and well organized kitchen. It doesn't feel cluttered, even though it's a small spot. I don't give many 5 stars out but I love this place, it's a true gem

I, along with everyone else I'm sure, have been on this Ramen kick and have been looking for the best in town. After trying about 5-6 places now, I can say that this place is probably one of my top 2, if not the top. Every component of the dish has a burst of unique flavor and I believe this place has the most authentic egg. I really like this place and the staff but could care less on how they make you order and input your meal yourself on the computer.

If you love ramen or you're craving some really amazing ramen you'll definitely love this place! Pricing around the same as those run of the mill, chain ramen but you'll definitely notice a difference in taste and quality.

First time in. Got some help with the menu from the owner(?) as it is quite confusing at first. I went with the seafood and the #3 heat. I recommend sticking with the #2 for the first try. I was actually not really feeling the noodle thing as much as my wife, but was pleasantly surprised! It was really good! We both liked it a lot and will definitely recommend you try this place!!! Enjoy!

I enjoyed the variety of the different ramen options. From beef to shrimp and pork. Unfortunately they are shutting down on Saturday. Keep your eye open for them on Instagram.

In my honest opinion, this place rivals Tampopo of Tempe. Had less variety, but the ramen is top notch! I wasn't a huge fan of the house special, however I've nothing but good things to say about the other offerings. A definite "must eat" of the area for sure!

Has a modern, American feel of the traditional Ramen house in Tokyo...Be sure to ask about Arizona Sake...👇😎🥃.

Delicious. The miso is a little on the salty side, and there was about ¼ stick of butter in it, and I removed about half of the butter. Otherwise excellent!

I was a first timer today, but will definitely be back! I had the beef ramen today and it was delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful, noodles were not over cooked or mushy, veggies were perfect and crisp. Besides the food being absolutely superb, the guys running the shop are AWESOME. Great conversation, and they took the time to go over their menu with me to make sure I had the best possible first experience. I will definitely return, just wish I would have found this gem sooner!!

Another place I would want to give a 4.5 rating. It was recommended to me by a friend who went to Japan and had their ramen and told me that its comparable. The meat let me tell you is fantastic. Its thick and juicy with a modest amount of fat that give it's an amazing flavor. The reason for a lower rating is due to the menu being slightly confusing however the staff is great at explaining. The noodles are also slightly grainy. But if you are around the area give them a try!

Excellent ramen in north scottsdale. Is on the pricier side.

Was looking to try Ramen for the first time. I found this place was close to my work. I ordered the shrimp ramen. It's really, really good. A little spicy and flavorful. The restaurant is very nice looking. Hip and trendy. If you go for lunch, don't go after 2:30 as it switches to dinner prices and portions. Glad I tried it. I will be back for sure.

This place is legit. I've just got back from the past month in Tokyo and can tell you that if you want an authentic experience, this is likely as close as you will come to it in the states. You get to order your favorite type of ramen and add in any extras you like. The price is reasonable and affordable for what you're getting which is authenticity. If you're looking for something someone has taken their time on,and instilled with excellence you will love the resturant. The customer service is likewise top notch and isn't overbearing. They made suggestions that complimented my meal even let me order extra noodles halfway through my bowl without having to get up to go back to the machine. The sake is fantastic and the beer list is very robust. Please give them a chance, you won't regret it.
