Mommy and son date! He wanted fro-yo so we decided on Menchies based on other reviews. It was good…TBH I wasn’t overly impressed or blown away but it wasn’t bad either. There wasn’t a huge selection of flavors compared to other fro-yo places. We tried a sample of the watermelon sorbet which I thought would be really light & refreshing but it was weird…Kind of had a chemical aftertaste. My son decided on caramel and a TON of toppings. They do have bursting bobas though for a topping which was cool. It was a little under $9 for a smaller bowl with lots of toppings so I would say about average pricing for fro-yo. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and the store was clean.
I absolutely love this place! Their cakes are made with a lot of detail and care; this is my go-to place when I need one for birthdays or other special occasions. The pistachio, caramel and vanilla flavor has been a success every single time and they have a mini cake option in case you wanna try more than one flavor combination.
This yogurt bar, is so refreshing with lots of tasty choices, toppings for kids to choose from. Their cake choices are real yummy. The person at this store was so kid friendly. A little pricey but it’s good. The concept of kids choosing their choice of frozen yogurt and loading their own toppings make it unique.
This is the best frozen yogurt place in town. Always different choices including all the basics. Over 40 different toppings to choose from. Nuts, chocolates, cookies, candies, gummy bears, cookie dough pieces, strawberries, chocolate sauce, Nutella and marshmallows. They also do custom cakes. Place is clean and we'll organized. Super cheap.

Amazing place. The person at the front desk was really nice and offered good suggestions for the frozen yogurt. There is also a great variety of choices of frozen yogurt and toppings.
All in all, it is a great place for a nice cup of fro-yo.
I haven't been to this location too much but each time I have been, I've never been disappointed. A while back (3 weeks ago), the family and I went to another Menchies location and were surprised to see all but 4 flavors completely out. We walked out of the store and called ahead to this location to see what the status of their flavor selection was. The man that answered was super helpful and polite and even read off all of the flavors that were available, which he didn't need to do. When we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the store, number of flavor selections, and overall customer service and attitude of the man that served us. Which this location was closer to us! Well worth a few more minutes in the car!
I've been in Scottsdale for almost 2 months and have been to 4 other frozen yogurt places, this is my favorite one. They have great flavors, my favorites being the caramel, peanut butter and cake batter, as well toppings are all available for you to decide how much you want. Some are in little cups but better than someone else putting them on. No issues on cleanliness, tables and chairs are always cleaned off and if you want to, put some hand sanitizer on napkin and clean.
My only complaint, which I think is reasonable, no recycling. Everything you get is recyclable; cups, spoons, and the little cups that have toppings in them, why would you not have a recycle trash can right there encouraging people to use it?
Great flavors! I had the marshmallow flavor and topped it with all sorts of fun toppings! This yogurt shop has many unique toppings and flavors which I love. This store values cleanliness and having a fun atmosphere for their customers. They even have fun items you can purchase such as a stuffed Menchie toy. You can also buy frozen yogurt that is already packed in a to-go container for a great price.
If you are a fan of frozen yogurt places you certainly will want to look at this destination. Some of the differences that you will find here is that the condiments are always very fresh. The floors and surrounding area are very clean. And the staff is superb. So be sure to go there and don't skimp on the toppings because we find out the more you stack in there the better it tastes!
I went in today and I was looking for a vegan flavor that I loved last night. When I could not find it I asked the manager Sarah, she was so helpful and informed there was some confusion with the flavors the night prior. She was very apologetic and very nice. It is not everyday you get good food and good service. I highly recommend this establishment. I want to give and amazing shout out to the service, do not ever let Sarah go she is absolute gold! Thank you again can't wait to come back!

Excellent store, impressive hygiene and adherence to COVID prevention guidelines. They don’t serve customers without a mask on while in store. Role model for other food serving businesses. Their frozen yogurt is best in town!
Love that place. It's a real treat with all those toppings. You need to stop and enjoy it. You won't be sorry.

BEST catering idea EVER! All ages at our party LOVED making their own froyo! Fiona brought it all, set it up and served it, then cleaned it up. Super easy! Mark was fantastic to work with and we will do this again for sure!
