This was a great little breakfast place. It is open for lunch too, but my wife and I being from out of town were looking for a little place to get breakfast and we hit the jack pot!! You walk in and seat yourself and if there are no tables just belly up to the counter, which is where we sat because of the Sunday morning crowd. Service was awesome, I could tell the waitresses knew just about everyone's name and they all were smiling while they worked. It is was fun to watch the cook do his thing and the western omlet was great. An awesome place for some home cooked food!! Enjoy!!!

This little gem is not 5 minutes from 81. I had the blueberry stuffed French Texas toast. It was delicious. The filling was light and creamy, not heavy and cold like I've experienced with other filled French toast. Fresh blueberries too. Hubby had a ham and cheese omelet with home fries, also yummy. The home fries had just the right amount of flat top crisp. We will have to remember this place when traveling through Pennsylvania.

Stopped in for Breakfast. The place has a LOT of heart in the service...and the pancakes are as big as the plate!
This diner is excellent. I have tried breakfast and lunch and both were equally delicious. Everyone who works there has been super and Sharon is a doll. I highly recommend it.

Been there only 5 times. Wish I could go more,going south with the birds next week. Food excellent, service great,and friendly. Customers are friendly too. Place has been many years, full house says it all.

Cool little diner I found within walking distance of my hotel. Staff was super friendly and very quick service. Food was good, standard diner food. Had a special order which they accommodated. Ordered the veggie omelet and home fries. Fries were dry but the omelet was good.
Awesome little dinner. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were just passing through and felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The food was unbelievable. The banana pancake huge. 1 was enough to split. The prices were very reasonable. If you are ever passing through Scranton, PA, I highly recommend stopping by, you will not be disappointed.

Went to breakfast with a friend. I got the western omelet, him the big pancakes.
BOTH WERE INCREDIBLE! Due to how busy they were, we did have quite a wait to receive our orders. But...OMG!...the food was worth the wait!
If you haven't been...this place is a MUST VISIT if you enjoy good food in a nice old-school diner atmosphere.

This place is absolutely amazing! Moved to NEPA 9 months ago and have been on the search for a “good” breakfast spot that somewhat resembles a good NY BECSPK ever since. The search has finally stopped and this is definitely THE place! They use REAL eggs, not that fake microwaveable inedible stuff like most places around here! The bacon is cooked to perfection…not undercooked and not completely burned, crispy and just right! They also offer fancy dancy breakfast items like stuffed french toast which was also a little slice of heaven! Do yourself a favor and stop in here if you want an AMAZING breakfast!
I have not had a bad meal here. I like to pop into a place a few times before I leave a review! This place has a lot of everyday regulars. Its a nice space with good people and good food at the right price! Pancakes are perfect! I always feel welcome by the staff when I come in! Worth a stop if you are contemplating trying it!
Must go!! Food is fantastic!! Service is excellent and you get to watch the cook, who is amazing!!The strawberry stuffed french toast uses fresh strawberries and is the best I've ever had!! Bacon was perfectly crispy. For the sausage breakfast sandwich you have a choice of sweet or hot sausage and a choice of bread.
