ReynoldsTowboatUS has its annual company dinner here every March. This place never fails to impress. I brought my girlfriend here for the first time and we will be making this a weekly stop for us! Awesome food & staff!

Great old time place , good food and drinks. Didn't fee rushed and the service was quick.
On weekends we like to stop there a little later after a movie or last night a Beach Boys Concert at Westbury .At Runyon's we sat at the Bar(must sit at bar for this. 3 sliders and a little something to wash it down,good cole slaw.
Have been to Runyon's many many times. Never had a bad meal. Food is always good service is always fine. I especially love the fried ice cream for dessert. The specials are always yummy. And when I order meat dishes on the rare side this the way I get them.
Been there several times. A local hang out and sports bar, but good food. I had the skirt steak with mashed potatoes. For starters the table gets cold vegetables, carrots, broccoli, celery etc. that was mediocre.
Friendly staff and good service. Reasonably priced.
Enjoyed my meal and amazing drink. The staff was wonderful.
House steak is fantastic, that is always our first choice along with an onion soup.
The food was scrumptious, the wait staff was awesome, the atmosphere was great!! I even told hubby I'd like to go for date night!

Always say Hi! People are friendly . Everything is fresh . The soups are odd but delicious ! Best place to go wen when your by yourself ! They make you feel like your the only one there !
They did a great job on my two kids graduation!!! Totally recommend! By the way had my bridal shower and baby shower there,too!!!

Runyons has consistently good American classic food. I really enjoy the high walled booths and party room. After thanksgiving the decorate the restaurant for Christmas, giving it an even warmer feel. Bartender Matt really makes everyone feel welcome. I believe they have OTB and keno available.
French onion soup, cheeseburger with seasoned fries are my goto. Can’t wait to dine here again.
Best place….food is amazing….service is outstanding. Our waiter Louis was the best. So nice and helpful. This is our local place and we always love coming in to sit at the bar or at a table with our kids for dinner.
I've been coming here every time I'm in town. The steak is to die for! They have a good variety of sides. They serve beer and alcohol. I'm a baseball fan, I noticed that thru out the restaurant, there are baseball pictures hanging, and on the booths, there is a stadium on them.
The service is good to me, especially my waitress. She was very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place without a doubt... on certain nights, they have prime rib, which is another favorite of mine.
I was excited to enjoy friends from my hometown SEAFORD so we’ decided to meet here. I’m so glad they selected this Beautiful restaurant with fantastic menu! We each ordered different appetizers & entrées. Mine started with the pecan crusted stuffed clams! Succulent!! Charming restaurant with warm, hospitable Staff! Convenient location on Merrick Rd.. Thank you for adding to a memorably pleasant evening! We shall all be back!

I cannot recommend this local spot enough. I don’t even have to write a full review - just take my word for it and go here! If you’re still reading, I’ll give you some insight. I usually would just get some appetizers as a meal (including the huge pretzel - comes with some sauces), but today I had what may have been the greatest sandwich ever. Despite it being busy with Easter, our food came out rather quickly. I got the Chicken Sandwich (hold the bacon) - comes with mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. At first glance, I didn’t know what I was getting into - it seemed like two huge pieces of cheese on a plate - I decided to take one of the cheese-lathered cutlets off to try on its own. I was legitimately left speechless upon the first bite! Soooo good! After finishing the first cutlet, I tried to have it as intended (on a brioche bun), but I couldn’t quite hold it all together. I guess the challenge of holding it would be my only complaint, but this is cancelled out by the fact that it just means I was given a very generous portion. The side of fries was on the smaller side, but still very delicious (and I was stuffed anyway). The beverages (water and Coke) were both good as well. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough - GREAT food, GREAT atmosphere, GREAT service, GREAT all around!
Had a great dinner there Saturday night. When we were sat the person who sat us informed us that they were short staffed, and might be a little slow, which I appreciated. It took a little bit to get drinks and orders in, nothing crazy or a long wait.
We shared wings and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. The egg rolls were good but I must say the wings were excellent!
I ordered the salmon special, it was good. Nothing to rave about but standard fare. My husband had a steak which was served on a sizzling platter. Which overall made the outside a little tough and charred, in my opinion those things aren’t necessary for good steak. My stepson had the pulled pork sandwich, which he said was good. The French fries were amazing and addictive.
Runyons is the quintessential Long Island Bar restaurant with a beautiful selection of menu items to include their house sizzling steak and a 16 ounce ribeye which is what I ordered it came out the perfect temperature nicely seasoned the wait staff was amazing and the owner was actually on site that night and greeted everybody all in all it's a really nice restaurant to take your family not just on the weekends any night of the week and enjoy some good food and good company
We went New Years Day. Had 8 people and were worried they would be full. We were placed in the back room that was so nice and spacious. The food was delicious! Service was excellent. Definitely recommend!
Great place, staff was attentive and accommodating. My son in law made a reservation, it was a packed house, we were seated immediately with a reserved table ( haven’t seen that in a long time). Our waiter was great as we ordered some drinks, made perfect, took our appetizers first and waited for our main orders. The French onion soup was on point, I had Lobster Bisque delicious flavor, may have been a little to thick for me, but it was all gone. Got the pretzel and the pickle fries, wow they were both great. Our main meal I had prime rib, son in law had the house steak, our wives shared the bourbon and soy sauce glazed chicken with rice. All dishes done perfectly mine was medium melt in your mouth, the steak was medium rare, soft and tender, we all tasted each other’s meal. I’m a big dude, 6.6 and 290 I was full had to take mine home. As did the girls. Great night, first time there, my wife

LOVED LOVED LOVED IT! We're new to the south shore of LI and were longing for a place that feels like home and we found it. The seafood bisque and onion soup were incredible and so was the steak and chicken dishes. The classic rock music they play in the background made the experience that much better. The drinks and dessert were excellent as well! Looking forward to going back!
My favorite place in the world! Go here if you haven't or if you're on the fence! The people, food, atmosphere, and drink selection leave absolutely nothing to be desired. Not to mention they do a wonderful public service event for Thanksgiving where meals are delivered to the less fortunate.
The food and tap beers always taste great. They mix up the food specials often. The consistent high quality food and service has my family coming in regularly.
Menu at lunch seems more affordable. Food it s consistent and abundant in flavor. Soups of the day are creative and the ruben soup deadly to get addicted to as I was Wishing I could go get it now lol. I also wish they'd have beyond burgers.
