I remember one time I was having a bad day and Matthew H. checked in and asked if my day was okay, and was so friendly and honestly made my day so much better! Thank you guys so much! Speedy and efficient service. The food is terrific, and it doesn't take long to receive. The drive-thru lines are always very long, but I get through them in less than 10 minutes. Before I had ever gone to a chick-fil-a, I was worried the wait time would be hectic and lengthy but was pleasantly proved wrong. My only complaint is the food is slightly more expensive than their fast-food competitors. However, it is well worth the cost. I have never met a more friendly staff.

How can you not love Chick-fil-A? Have to be the greatest chicken recipe ever. As much traffic as they always have they are always very quick. I can't go on Sundays but I will sacrifice that for a Monday through Saturday of Excellence

I ordered my food online 20 minutes before hand as I do not have long for lunch. I get there around 22 minutes later and of course have to still drive thru the line. So I finally get to the window and they tell me to go ahead and pull forward. I'm watching people in front of me and behind me who had ordered with the person in sight getting their food and I'm just sitting there for another 7-8 minutes watching all of these people getting their food and leaving. Finally they bring mine to me and I only have 5 minutes left to eat. To top it off they failed to put my salad dressing in my bag. I will not be back. No apologies for my food coming out so late as well. Worst place ever. The chicken was all I had time to eat and it was extremely dry and tasteless.

I used some rewards from the app and I was still charged for it. We were also charged for an extra fry that we did not ask for. There was an employee named Bradley who couldn’t seem to take our simple order. Had to leave and come back 3 times to find someone, and we had to ask for someone else to take our order. We then ended up waiting between 20-30 minutes for our food while everyone behind us was getting theirs.

So amazing. The staff is super friendly and polite. I love how they interact with everyone, especially the kids. One gentleman took special care of my little one while she ordered her ice cream. He was super careful and just wonderful. This is my top place to go with my daughter.

Tonight a few of us at the ER ordered food 20 minutes until closing. I rushed to get it when I had the chance and got there like 2 minutes after they closed and was talking to the sweet cashier and was apologizing for ordering and picking up so late. I told her we had been slammed all day and we were just craving it so badly. When she gave me our food she said she threw in some cookies and hoped that we had a better night! She also wrote a sweet note on our bag. Ann-Marie was so sweet tonight and was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful! We truly appreciate it!

We LOVE Chick-fil-A! My daughter and I have to eat 100% gluten free due to Celiac Disease. Chick-Fil-A is amazing at making sure that our food (#6) is kept safe from cross contamination, they TRULY care!

Got a gift card for here and went to use it and they said the machine didn't work but they could still take me debit card? I understand things go down but there was no solutions or anything.
