Service was impeccable! We wanted for nothing! The food was fantastic! When you visit, ask for strawberry lemonade! Fresh squeezed and tastes amazing! The pimento cheeseburger was a great unique experience that I would do again! My mate got the philly cheesesteak and was just as pleased! So worth the drive!

I'm not really sure why they are always slow. Doesn't matter if it's one customer or 5, you come in or doordash. The food is hit or miss, mostly a miss tho.
Edit: it's slow and terrible because of the way food is prepared. Definitely not structured in anyway, nor does it look safe to eat. I see precooked food sitting on the grill, and fries foods hanging over the grease for hours.

The workers are so kind and helpful! My kids loved getting their own cars to decorate and the music is great too!

9 months ago I ratted this place 4 stars, but went there last night... The service was pretty bad and all of our food tasted plain as can be. Chili cheese fries were absolutely terrible. Maybe I'll give it a try a few months from now and it will be different.

Very clean, exceptional service from our waiter tyler he was clean polite and helpful just a pleasure. The food was excellent. We will definitely be dining here more often. People where very friendly, but food was not. I had a chicken platter. It was over cooked, chicken and fries both. The only thing that was decent was the coleslaw. We complained to the waitress, we probably should have talked to the manager. We weren't even offered a discount for bad food.

Took 45 minutes to prepare a burger, chicken sandwich, and one serving of fries. This was my first visit. Quite honestly, the food wasn't worth the wait. The toast on my chicken sandwich was so dry it was hard to eat. Sorry! I had high hopes for this place!

We had a Late dinner run and had the absolute best service by a sweet lady her name was Nicki (Hope I spelt it correctly). It was fast drive thru service, super friendly and all the food was hot and fresh and the dessert was amazing!!!!! Y’all need to go check them out! We will definitely be back!

Was there 2/25/17. Decor is cool. As far as food n service goes. Food was ok my order was wrong asked for bacon burger got cheese burger they brought the side of bacon it was rubbery fries some were burnt my mother enjoyed her food though. Milkshake was good service was ok a lil slow but the waitress was nice. It was an ok experience

Service was ok waitress where friendly but disappointed with the food. First complaint was the changing of the fries. Two waitress gave two different excuses as to the fry change. First told us it was the new owner who chose them second told us it was corporate, but either way couldn't hardly choke down the new fries. Second complaint was I found sometime peculiar tasting about my bread and something was off with the texture when I asked the waitress if they changed bread providers (I asked as a joke) she told me that the bread was frozen and thawed in their steamer and I just don't understand why use frozen bread unless you are not using fresh bread to start with. But at this time I won't return.

Went in at 4:55pm and waited to 5:10 pm no service. The place was not that busy 1 family finished and left and one other table was occupied. When we left we never even had a menu and the waitress refilled a drink at the other table . We drove to Cabot to David's burgers. Unless something changes I will not be back.

Man I have not been in a place like this and ever had the service I've had today they welcomed us in waitress was amazing very quick at her job took our order was very patient with all the kids turned in the ticket to have the food prepared food was out in less than 10 minutes I think this is about the best service I've ever had the kids enjoyed it and she was very patient with my five-year-old who kept asking her several questions also this was our first time to ever eat here very pleased !!!!food was good to shakes also

Well, today was my second visit, the first time my son and I went it was just ok, today I was extremely disappointed to get in the "drive thru" line to discover it was only a Call In Pick Up lane. By that time I was stuck in line for 15 minutes. I was able to place a to go order, and opted to go inside to wait for it. It took another 10 minutes, so now I had 5 minutes of my lunch break left (and I work just across the street), my Philly sandwich was greasy and mushy, barely any flavor, fries where "wilted", and I paid $11 for that.... I threw most of it in the trash. Needless to say, I won't waste anymore of my time or money here.

I spoke with the new owner on a FB post earlier this week regarding the time at the pick up window. Was told the ticket time is 4 minutes. Ok, that's not bad. So with the special today, a co-worker and I went. Was told 10-15 minutes. Placed the order. Also ordered for another co-worker back at the office. We get back to the office and the co-workers burger that was over 10$ was smaller than the ones we got at 2 for 12.99 and had wrong toppings as well. Upon driving back to the restaurant was just given the correct burger. I think a refund was in order. Having said this, the burger was ok, although pink in the middle. We will be staying with other burger joints.

The only reason I came was because of all the bad reviews. I thought “hmm it can’t be that bad” it’s friggin awesome!!!!! Exactly what I expected from a burger stop. Hey 55, I LOVE YOU!!!!
