This was HORRIBLE!!! We arrived 654 pmand waited 25 minutes which is not bad. Got to our table and got our drinks and ordered at 720 pm. It took until 830 pm to get our food. My burger had half cooked bacon on it. I ordered extra crisp bacon. I asked the server to correct this. She said it will be out shortly. It NEVER arrived. My burger was cold and over cooked to the point it was like leather. The bun was toasted to the point it was hard. My fries were cold. I had asked for some ranch dressing. NEVER got it. My husband ordered fajitas . They came out barely warm. My mother had chicken crispers with broccoli. The broccoli was cold. Her fries were cold. She asked for butter to put on her broccoli before she realized it was cold.. The waitress brought out butter flavored oil.. And was told thats all they have for butter.. Our drinks sat empty most of our meal until I demanded refills. I requested the manager. He came out and said well I have all new staff and I don't have enough time to watch them all. He never offered to remake the food. Said he would give us a discount. We had ordered a 2 for $25 deal and ordered a chocolate chip cookie. We had finished our meal and the waitress brought us a dirty kiosk to pay for our meal. I asked about our cookie. The waitress said oh you want it. I asked for it to go. She told us that the chocolate syrup was in a box but she only made $2.68 an hour and she wasn't going to get it out of a box. She don't get paid enough for that. When the cookie arrived it was cold and hard as a rock. The bill was $37 and some change. The manager only took off $18 from the check. I was horribly upset. The kiosk was nasty it had something all over it.. see my attacked picture.. My meal was cold, over cooked and was not able to eat it. My mother was only able to eat her chicken crispers. This IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! TO WAIT AN HOUR TO GET FOOD THAT WAS COLD IS TOTALLY WRONG. I hope to speak to the General Manager and the Owner on Monday. I have been a loyal Chilis customer. But I will not ever go to this one again. I took my family here to celebrate my husband coming in from Arizona for Christmas. And got a HORRIBLE MEAL. I am so Embarrassed and Upset.

Bad food. Was either undercooked (chicken btw) and or was burned to a crisp. Very bad food and customer service. Waste of money. Manager offered a refund and literally never refunded it over a week ago. So I got no food out of it and didn’t get my money back.
UPDATE : still no refund and manager claims he did it. Then when pushed further on issue he says it takes 14 days to refund….. how ignorant. It refunds when you batch out like your suppose to do daily…. Which he clearly does not make sure happens or is just telling lies, either way this place needs a overhaul completed by the franchise’s big wigs. Because the owner clearly checked out a long time ago.

Gotta love the '70s rock while you wait! Friendly very accommodating servers as steak wasn't cooked as ordered We were given a nice discount. It did have good taste. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla is good! And the presentation of the food is always nice. Great fajitas n queso too!

Food was lukewarm at best. Sent back texas fries replaced with chips and quac. Entries were cold. Sides were barely edible. Waitstaff was friendly but extremely slow. Worst dining experience ever. Will not go back.

Got in at opening, ordered a cup up chili and it was cold. If you open your doors be ready to serve properly. Otherwise the meal was good , staff friendly.

Don't take your veteran friends to chili's on memorial weekend to eat because the staff there are jokes about giving service animal owners respect and they have horrible service by the waiting staff. They messed up multiple things and i found a hair in my own food.

Great service, but the food didn’t seem as good as some of the other chili’s I’ve been too. Still a great place to eat at and maybe it was a fluke for me.
