Called and they picked up, said "Thank you for calling Marco's, this is Sean, can you please hold?" Before I could answer I was put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes. I figured they forgot me, so I hung up and called again. Same experience, same guy, this time I was hung up on. My daughter went up to place a carry out and was told that they only have one person working. Turns out there are other people there, they just don't really like the phones. They blame the phone system for hanging up on people, but it isn't true. She just watched them answer the phone and walk away. I thought it had to be kids, but apparently, it is grown people playing games at work. Marco's needs a babysitter.

I haven't regretted a time ever coming here! Not only os ot the best pizza in town (no exaggeration) but the staff is incredibly polite, professional, and makes you feel at home. Such a blessing to have such a warm place to bring the family. 😀

Love the food and adequate customer service. I wish they had a hotter Buffalo sauce but 🤷🏾♀️. Always clean ans welcoming inside plus the food is delivered or ready for pickup before or when it says it will be.

Don’t bother calling to put in a order. They make you wait and hang up on you. Then they put you on hold and when you come in. You see them put people on hold and lift the phone and hang up on them!!!!! They act clueless!!!!

Great food. Great prices. Fast service. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because there are a couple of employees that could really use some lessons in manners. I'm not sure if they have an employee who is deaf, but one of them acted like he didn't hear me when I was trying to get his attention. And it was extremely rude and frustrating. He never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Even though I was trying to get his attention over and over and over again. It made me want to walk behind the counter and get in his face and ask him what his problem is. And I'm not a confrontational person by any means. But it really did get me that angry. I don't care if it's not his job to interact with customers. He needs to at least acknowledge people that try to get his attention. All he could have said was "One moment, someone will be with you soon". But instead he stood there like a jackass and didn't even look my way.

There's nothing special or unique about the pizza here. But Marco's is probably the best of the pizza chains in town. They charge a bit more than the other places, but they actually use a fair amount of quality toppings.
I got delivery...and it took over an hour. But, since every place is short of workers these days, that is really not the restaurant's fault.

Worst pizza place in Searcy. Went in for carry out at 845pm on June 4, 2021. They are friendly enough but have no care for hygiene or sanitation. Sat in front parking lot for 20 min waiting on my food observing them. Front and back line employees stuffing their faces between phone calls, handling cash and customers. Neither washed their hands or put on gloves before handling food. Delivery driver came in and was talking with them online while they were preparing Togo orders and didn't even turn around before he scratched his bottom. My wife will be calling management in the morning but I'll never order from them again especially delivery.

First time having Marcos Pizza tonight and it was nothing short of fantastic! Pizza was great, cooked well, not greasy like most pizza places. Was greeted at door for pickup, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

there is no other pizza place in searcy that compares!! absolutely delicious pizza! the fresh ingredients stand out on the pizza and they make a wonderful salad! on the internet it always says it will take a long time for delivery to arrive but it never takes as long as the website says. courteous delivery drivers and order is always spot on! marcos is my favorite restaurant period!!

The food is good. However, the service needs help. 5+ minutes on hold to order is a bit long.. i ended up hanging up because i was tired if waiting for someone to come back on the line. That was tonight. The previous times i ordered and when i got there to pick it up i had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food (after waiting the initial 20+ minutes to pick up).

So last weekend we were at beats and eats in Searcy. Marco’s had a booth. One of the things that they were promoting was that they are military/veteran owned and that they supported the military and veterans. Marco’s was promoting their military/veteran discount. So today I went there to get a pizza. I chose Marco’s because they are military owned and the discount. So I went there wearing my Vietnam Veteran hat and a veteran focused T shirt.
So I ordered a pizza to go and the lady rang up the order. I asked if I got the veteran discount and she said no. I asked to please get the discount and she rang up the discount then had to call over someone to approve the discount.
So first let me say the pizza was good. That was not a problem. However it was disappointing that I had to ask for the discount when I was clearly Identified as a veteran. They asked for no ID. I would have thought they would have simply asked me if I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. Neither happened.
Marco’s identified themselves as military/veteran friendly. However they do not act like it. Very disappointed.
