Hardee's on Race St is a very lonely place. I go to this one because it's never busy. I honestly don't think I have ate there when there was other people. So the food is freshly made.

I go there for breakfast about once a week through the drive thru and every time i have gone the drive thru worker has been so extremely nice. I can't say enough good things. 5 stars all the way.

A nogstalgic trip for me. 38 years ago I was employeed at a Hardee's in Eastern MT and met my husband on day.
He was a customer, I was the cashier.
The rest is our history together.
When the Mushroom & Swiss burger was introduced in the menu, it became my preferred burger.

Service was slower than normal. An apparent disagreement between 2 staff members was aired in my as well as other customers present. After waiting for more than 15 minutes for my food my hamburger was cold.

All I can say, they should not been in business. Even the coffee wasn't good.you have to ask for everything, salt ,pepper,ketchup. I could say more ,but you will find out if you stop there.😒

Came in this morning craving a Mile High Bacon Egg and cheese biscuit. Great it's on the menu. Ordered it and was told it's no longer available. "But it's on the menu!" Was told "we no longer have the bacon". So I said no regular b.e.c. then... "Oh no we have those." Does anybody else see the irony here?

At about 2:30 I walk into Hardee's. There was no one at the front counter. Another customer said that I may have to call them. The gentleman taking drive thru orders came from the kitchen, saw me and called for someone else to take my order. I was the only person at the counter. Another employee walks from the kitchen area with a cash register with no visible sense of urgency. He told me it would be a few minutes and that they were changing out their system. I asked just how long this would be. He said 5 minutes tops. Seemed a bit excessive seeing as how I already waited for someone to appear from the back. I will not return.

Just had the worst experience ever at this Hardee's drive-thru. (I never write reviews but couldn't let this one slide.) Waited twenty minutes in line behind ONE car, then was given the wrong drink and no napkins or ketchup. Didn't even get the courtesy of a ''sorry about your wait'' at the window. In hindsight, I wish I had gone ANYWHERE else.

I went into Hardee's at noon and there was only one in line in front of me. I placed my order which was a small cheeseburger and small fries and sat for 15 minutes waiting. I went to counter and they couldn't even find my order. I asked for refund because I needed to leave. Stood there another five minutes and no refund. I finally walked out and left. Yes I lost $5.07 but I couldn't wait any longer. Don't think I'll go back to that Hardee's again.
