Went to drive in window to order and pick up meal. Waited for 15 to 20 minutes to order then an additional 15 to 20 minutes to get order. When I got my order only half of it was there. I asked for the rest of my order and the young lady was trying to get my order. In the process she give us the wron
I got the bacon ranch wagyu burger combo, and the staff was rude or possibly confused. It took a few minutes of back and forth to get the burger, and after all that hassle, it was missing bacon. I have never tasted a more bland wagyu anything in my life. The mozzarella sticks were good as always.
Only got four things, and they forgot half our food. I guess I should checked the bag, but forgetting an entire meal? I didn’t even realize until I got back home, 30 minutes away. Just wasted my money.
One employee working this restaurant with a bus and an SUV having ordered $100 worth of food😯my heart REALLY went out to the young woman working all by herself and STILL she was incredibly polite to us. Not surprisingly we moved on without ordering. Didn't want to add to her already nightmare work
Slow but tasty. The roast beef was delicious. The crinkle fries were awful, cold and not fresh.
Food was good. Tried corn beef. Was very good but too much food fo me. Would be great to share. Facility was clean and staff were courteous.
The food. & staff are great, well except the big,, red haired night manager - he's really, REALLY rude. Unfortunately they always seem ridiculously under staffed
Great food, being Arby's and all. Horrible service though! After ordering 4 sandwiches and a large fry, I took the last 4 ketchup packets on the pick up counter.
