Hailey was so positive and energetic. So focused and kind to children and looked like she loved her job even when they were slammed. The Bloody Mary was the best in my life. And scrambled eggs were something magical. Oysters tasted like they were caught this morning. Loved the staff and the atmosphere

Wonderful Cafe with a great seaside atmosphere. Arepas are the best and the variety on the menu makes every meal eaten there different. They have classic breakfast dishes, seafood options, and all with a continental flair. Small place so it fills up fast, but it's so close to the beach you can take a walk while you wait.

Oh my goodness!!!!!
Your mouth will thank you for ordering the chicken chilaquiles!
I had it three hours ago and not only am I still satiated but I can't stop thinking about how amazing it was!!!
All the wonderful seasoning and flavor combinations left me speechless as I devoured this outstanding dish!
I haven't had a breakfast this good in so long!
This was my first but not last time at the Osprey Cafe!
I can't wait to try the other meals, you can tell they care about good ingredients and making amazing food!
Thank you for the best breakfast experience!

Best omelette I've ever had! Great customer service and great food. We ordered the garden omelette, and bacon, sausage, eggs with house fries and a kids side of French toast. 10/10 highly recommend!

Busy place on the weekends, great breakfast, a touch of gourmet, fast service, plenty of outside seating.
The breakfast hash was excellent, the vegetables were delicious, home fries were perfection, the poached eggs a nice surprise.
The french toast was amazing. Espresso bar was fantastic.
The chilaquiles were ok. Way too much black beans. Was expecting sour cream and a lot more cheese.

Great little place at the end of the city. French toast was creamy in the middle and perfectly done. Poached eggs on toast or the best we ever had. Definitely worth making the trip to the end of the Prom

Osprey Cafe completely blew us away. The service was fantastic. Our waitress was very kind and had great recommendations. We ordered the Bay Shrimp Benedict, Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich, and an Arepa. We were not expecting the food to be so phenomenal! You could tell everything was hand made. The food was very well balanced, especially since the items we ordered tend to be on the greasier side. The Hollandaise sauce on the Benedict was house made and so light and creamy! The Bacon and Egg sandwich really surprised us because it was such a simple breakfast item, but was packed with well balanced flavor without being heavy. We loved seeing some international options on the menu such as the delicious Arepas, Chilaquiles, and Nasi Goreng! For the record, we did not get them, but the Bloody Mary’s looked pretty epic as well! We will definitely be going back to try out some other dishes!

Leisurely brunch spot a block from the beach. Love the gluten free arepas. Have had the Travelers' Breakfast Arepas plate and the Eggs Benedict (substituting arepas for the english muffin for an upcharge). Usually order some extra arepas to go and freeze to enjoy back at home. Recommend getting there early to get on the waiting list. Street parking only with indoor seating, outdoor seating, and to go options.

I wish I had remembered to take a picture of the amazing food, but we started eating as soon as it was placed in front of us. My husband had the chilaquiles and i had the arepas plate. Both dishes were delicious, as usual. We come here a few times a year and we’re never disappointed. Also, can’t go wrong with Columbia River Coffee!
Update… we made it back again and got photos this time! Again, five stars all the way! Pictures are of chilaquiles and kids menu french toast.

The Osprey is just the best gem of a Cafe in Seaside! You really must try their French Toast, it's unlike anything you've ever tried! The rest of their unique breakfast and lunch foods a4e just as delicious and splendid! 10/10 recimmended!

I love this place so much! My husband and I go here all the time to dine in and the food is always delicious and the service is always friendly and communicative even amidst the busiest times. We also just got to go food for the first time there and that's what compelled me to write this review. We got breakfast burritos and they were so good! And they were still super hot and fresh when we ate them. I'm usually not a fan of to go food for that reason but this experience was one of the best I've had with takeout. 10/10 would recommend to everyone- it does get busy, mostly on the weekends, but it's definitely worth the wait in my opinion. And with the atmosphere and good coffee you wind up not minding too much waiting :) In my opinion, the best breakfast in Seaside. Thank you Osprey!!

Small and cozy place, nicely tucked at south promenade. Friendly staff offering great food. I love their garden omelette and decaf mocha! Hurry up and get here early for breakfast or else wait in line for 30mins.

Excellent breakfast! I had the special: butter poached leek scramble with salad and toast. The scramble had a lovely delicate flavor. My hubby had the shrimp Benedict and said the eggs were cooked perfectly! Friendly staff, good service, highly recommend.
Update, one year later, still a wonderful little cafe! I had Huevos Rancheros and my hub had shrimp Benedict again - both excellent! Menu is really interesting. Huevos Ranchero came with two arepas (had never heard of arepas - very good!), black beans and corn with chicken, 2 eggs - unusual and very tasty! We both subbed seasoned vegetables for country potatoes and the veggies were a delicious stirfried medley. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed 😊👍

All around great place . Very friendly staff and great food . Not your average restaurant I give it an a+ for creativity and quantity of food. I had the fried green tomato Benedict 🤤. My wife had the avocado toast .

My Eggs Benedict was just right, tasty sauce, eggs firm but not over cooked. My partner's French Toast was a step above most, her bacon was thick sliced and slightly crispy, the scrambled eggs were fine. Overall, a very satisfying American breakfast.

Hands down the best brunch in the area. Don't even bother getting a bloody mary elsewhere, because the one they make here is the best. The eggs benny was superb, top notch breakfast potatoes, and the salsa that comes with their delicious breakfast burrito is absolutely amazing. I don't think I saw a single thing come out of that kitchen that didn't look phenomenal. Everything from the coffee to the service was fantastic: put the Osprey Café down as a must visit if you're staying in Astoria, Warrenton, or Seaside

We stopped by Osprey Cafe on our way to Cannon Beach and it was such a great find! The staff are AMAZING and so friendly. They greeted us promptly and served us outside (where they have a heated tent and blankets!) since we had our dog with us. My spouse ordered the breakfast burrito and I ordered the arepas and we were both very pleased with our dishes, which came out quickly. I felt the prices were reasonable considering the quality of service, taste of the food, and overall ambience of the cafe. I would highly recommend stopping by here if you have the chance.
