Stopped in for dinner of fish and chips after a long beach walk on a nice almost-fall day. I had the Haddock with a side-salad while my wife had Clam Chowder and the Cod. Both meals were delicious and left us pleasantly full. Our server (Sally, I believe) was friendly and helpful, chatting knowledgeably about the area with us as well as checking in on us to make sure we had anything we needed. We were too full for dessert, but she convinced us to take home a piece of Marionberry Cobbler for an evening snack (as we're staying at a place with a full kitchen.) It ended up as a nice breakfast treat the next morning (though I suspect it would have been better at dinner if we had the room.)

Walking down Broadway street and I needed to eat some crab so we decided to stop in. A big restaurant and it was busy. Had to just wait less than 10 minutes for a table. Ordered the Dungeness crab with Cajun butter and it included chowder or salad. My honey ordered the seafood pasta and the chicken Alfredo with a bowl of chowder. According to honey both pasta dishes were bland and the chowder wasn't exciting. I enjoyed my crab but for $55 dollars I needed a little more. The fries were excellent and the lemonade was the best! Service was good. Our waitress was whipping around the dining room and making sure her tables were taken care of. In an emergency I think I would go back but definitely not my first choice.

Service was fantastic! I gave it a four star because the food was very hot and I burned my mouth. The sweet potato fries were honestly the best! The Alfredo sauce had a great flavor.

The lunch prices weren’t too bad and the portion sizes were good. The smoked salmon was amazing, I could’ve had another serving. The clam chowder had quite a few large pieces of clam, and had a good flavor overall, but could have been a little thicker.

We were on vacation in the area and came on someone's recommendation. The clam chowder was very good. The rest of the food was good, though I was a smidge disappointed by the tiny salad shrimp on the shrimp sandwich (it was good, just not what I was expecting). Our waitress and the other staff were very friendly. There is a small service charge if you pay by card instead of cash, but this was not a problem for our group.

Here at Seaside and needed dinner, and wanted some seafood. Decided on trying this place, and the Clam Chowder was full of clams, the cream broth was light but full of flavor. Also picked the crab cakes .. lightly breaded and could actually taste the fresh crab. Just enough for me :-) the serves was awesome! The waitress was super nice and friendly!

A fantastic experience. As always. I always highly recommend this beautiful restaurant anytime somebody is visiting the seaside area. Keep up the good work. I drove 250 miles to have a bowl of chowder.

Came here after sitting at a different nearby restaurant for twenty minutes without being able to even get a glass of water! Dooger's had extra great service and we definitely made the right choice to leave the other place and stop here. Service was really friendly, fast, and helpful. I really appreciated that the kids menu also included a section of $4 smaller plates for toddlers/kids who barely touch their food! Clam chowder had great flavor, but was not on the super thick side. The clams themselves were great quality Shrimp Louie and the fish sandwich were both pretty good too :)

Cool little restaurant and bar Nextdoor that serves their food. Friendly staff, gluten free options and right on the main strip. Worth checking out when driving or walking through town

Outstanding seafood restaurant. Gluten free kids can celebrate because they are food allergy informed and 80% of the menu can be made gluten free. Everything is delicious from the traditionally fried to spicy cajun. Our server was friendly and understanding of our dietary needs. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Restrooms are clean. Parking is street parking but the walkways are flat and the walk through the quaint downtown area is beautiful. Dooger's is a great spot to break for lunch or end a beach day with dinner. It is a good place for families with young kiddos or works for a casual date night. It will be hard to decide on what to order. If you need suggestions.. The combination appetizer and the cajun prawns with steamed veggies will not disappoint. Bon Appétit Y'all.

Tuna Reuben. It is the beautiful love child of a tuna melt and Reuben sandwich. If that sounds good to you, it is. So very good. By Poseidon's hamstring, I need another! I wasn't able to put it down long enough to photograph it. I am so very sorry.

We came for chowder and it didn't disappoint! We only wished they had a bread bowl option. Portions were a bit small, especially the kids fish & chips, it was basically two fish nuggets. Just don't plan on sharing or having leftovers. Friendly service!

Had late lunch on a Monday afternoon and was able to sit right away. We grabbed some sandwiches, BLT, burger and crab. I ordered the crab which was no frills. It was a decent amount of crab meat and was clearly fresh! My lady's BLT was good as well. This is a solid restaurant that will have something for everyone! Also got to taste some local beer. Our waiter was great.
