Service was quick and couteous. We ordered the steak bites and tortellini. Both were excellent. Steak was well seasoned, tender and cooked perfectly. Tortellini was very tasty and also cooked to perfection.

Very nice staff. Not long of a wait for food. Clam chowder was good. Fish and chips was alright. Fish tacos are good here. The onion rings are decent. Chili was ok.

I always love me some seafood! Their fish and chips was super good! Definitely one of their best deals giving you chowder, chips (fries), and crisp fish. Their chowder is good, but wasn't anything super crazy in my opinion. Close to the beach too is a plus!

Friendly staff, good service. Our burger came with slightly undercooked fries and the server made sure we got a fresh basket on the house. Yummy drinks for a fair price. Also, the onion rings were delicious. Would definitely recommend!

So happy we chose Sam's! Good prices, great food and drinks, friendly helpful staff. French dip was good just a little skimpy on the meat. The steamers were awesome but maybe some parsley or chives for a little color and a slice or two of sourdough bread with butter to sop up those delicious clam juices in the bottom of the bowl, so good. Excellent fried cheese curds and juicy clam strips.
I highly recommend and will come back next time we are in town.

Very good experience, the staff are very nice and the food is very good. We did have to wait a little longer for the food, but it was totally worth the wait! The shrimp pasta, and fish tacos were amazing!

Had some veggie burgers (was easy to sub a veggie patty onto any of the burgers) and a local beer. Nice and chill spot for a late lunch. Fries were a little soggy but otherwise was awesome.

Amazing beer battered, light flaky cod and chips- not overly oily and my favorite super creamy clam chowder! (Has bacon, but I like that!) Great service too on a super slow day! Loved our kind and friendly waitress!

Walked in based on good rating. Looked around in disbelief. What?! Several open tables, none of which were clean. Sign says "seat yourself" but should have added "need to buss the tables yourself, too." <br/><br/>Scraps of food all over the floors and tables with dirty dishes piled up with a dirty dish rag tossed under one table. All said: "Turn around and get out quick!"<br/><br/>A "1" is better than this messy place deserves.

Went for dinner tonight. Was very good I had the heart attack stack burger and my wife had the cod and chips. The burger was perfectly cooked and the fish was flaky and delicious.

I ordered a bay shrimp salad. Tasteless salad. It looked like they took a bag lettuce and threw it on a plate and opened a can of tiny shrimp. No carrots no tomatoes no color no dressing. My daughters Cobb looked like a tail of a rat chopped up. The tail was suppose to be chicken. I have never in my life has seen chicken that looked like that. She was too afraid to try it. The eggs on the Cobb had black rings. A sign of age. Nasty is the only word I could use to describe this joint. Don't ruin your dinner McDonald's would be more pleasing.

The root beer was very good (bottled). The fish and chips were not. The balance of the meals were much worse. Not sure who rated this place, but ick! Stay clear. Get a root beer to go.

Food was worse then frozen meals that you buy at the grocery store. Came with the family and all four meals were terrible. The drinks were decent though.

I dare say the best Halibut and Chips I have ever had..... We will be returning tomorrow specifically for the Halibut Fish and Chips. I dare say they were the best I have ever had.

We went for dinner with our kids. Good family atmosphere in restaurant area. Food was decent, don't think we would choose it again versus trying something new in Seaside though. Waitress said fish and chips weren't greasy, wouldn't necessarily agree. Fries were good but fish was greasy. Service was very good, friendly and quick. Clam chowder was just okay.

One word BURNT! My daughter's burger was so burnt it cracked, my other daughters chicken strips were also burnt to a crisp, our burger was crunchy, and the fries for everyone in our party of 8 were also greasy and over cooked and cold. We were all done eating and still our side order was not out to the table as the cook was busy recooking other tables meals he had destroyed. I would never serve this food to my family!

The Tatar sauce is amazing. The fish sandwich was great! The special was a prawn salad sandwich that was delicious! Great little place with many beers on tap. Terrific antique pinball machines in the back.

I am pretty sure the kids Mac n cheese was Kraft. The burger was dry and over cooked and tasted like the package of frozen Costco burgers. The halibut and chips was pretty good. The produce was fresh.

Cool little restaurant/bar on the main tourist strip in town. Enjoyed the halibut & chips. The rest of the menu looked quite good. Great, friendly service. Bar & video slots are in the back. Lot's of fun and you get to interact with the locals. I'd go back.

Workers are friendly, food was extremely good and resonably priced, tater tots are much better than the fries, and the bathrooms are a bit sketchy...but the environment is fun and reflects the seaside atmosphere :)

Meh. My sandwich and tots were just okay, way too greasy, but low prices at least. But the clam chowder ordered by my friend was as he put it "gross and barely edible". Service was good, there was only two other people in the place at the time which concerned us given the foot traffic. Maybe the locals know something we don't.

Good dive. Burgers are good, havent tried any of the seafood yet. service was pretty decent, happy hour was going at the bar. which by the way is my fav little dive in seaside. its one of those places where everyone knows everyones names. bar tender remember my drink when i came back a few days later.

Gross. Staff made several reference to tampering with food. We assumed that since we were so close to the kitchen it was not our food. Either way we cancelled order paid and left. Not appealing. Very gross, crude, lude and bad.

Good food, food prices. Went for dinner. There were toys for the kids to play with while we waited. The service was friendly. The burgers and pulled pork sandwich were good. Everyone left happy.

Pretty darn good. Visited around 2pm on a Saturday and the place was steady, business wise. Service was fast and freindly and, more importantly, food was served hot and good. Menu was kid and adult friendly as well. Would recommend for anyone traveling through Seaside.

Yummy Coconut Prawns!. We love the Coconut Prawns at Sam's, this is a very casual venue right on Broadway, a nice place to stop in for a bite to eat while walking around Seaside. :)

I'm sorry, but this was a terrible meal and over priced. The clam chowder tasted like flour and water with a few potatoes, the fries were soggy and cold, the cod fish was the best part of the meal but nothing special like one would expect next to the ocean. I was also annoyed that our clam appetizer and my chowder all came the same time as the meal. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Food was excellent. Oyster shooters,steamed clams, ahi sandwich, whole steamed dungeness crab. Crab was great and a good deal. Unique deserts. Try the tequila bars and chocolate peanutbutter pie.
