Cool brewery! Love the theater mash up. We were there for a game, but I believe they have movies too on occasion. Service was a little slow at the beginning but once they got to us it wasn't bad. Food was pretty good and interesting for a brewery but not wow worthy (better than most breweries though!). Family friendly!

This is such a fun and unique experience! This is a converted theater, with a full service restaurant and their own brews! The food is AMAZING, atmosphere BEAUTIFUL, and they keep a movie playing - we enjoy "Elf". My sister and I chose to go non-alcoholic and had their in-house brewed Vanilla Cream Soda (yummm!), we shared the French Dip & the Poutine - absolutely divine - with plenty left over! I highly suggest this place! Service is also topnotch!

When you come here you HAVE to try the Ruben or the French dip sandwiches! They were delicious, fresh chips and the perfect amount of cheese. He had a beer flight, which found out he liked dark beer cause he’s never tried some of them before, the cider I had was from Incline. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun and enjoyable. Also had to take a walk around to upstairs where there is balcony seating and a MOVIE SCREEN with, at the time, a baseball game. It was fun and we will def be going back and I will be bringing my fam here.

Had the fish & chips with a Marionberry cider. It’s really cool how they have made the place and the servers were very nice. Food was pretty good. The fish were pretty big chunks so that was a nice surprise. I would eat there again as there were some more things on the menu that looked pretty tasty.

Tried this for dinner on our vacation. Pictures and reviews looked appetizing and the allure of a renovated movie theater into a restaurant sounded awesome! We were definitely not disappointed. The aesthetic inside is really cool and there was Thursday Night Football playing live on the one projector on the center wall, which you faced as you sat and ate. We ordered the Poutine, BBQ Porter Pulled Pork Sandwich, Jambalaya and the Mac & Cheese along with a flight of Sisu's lagers and ales. Looks wise, the food was very colorful and presentation was great. Taste wise? The Jambalaya is FIRE. It was crazy flavorful and had some intense heat at the end of the bite that lingered for almost too long! The Poutine was also legit, largely the cheese curds are soft battered in the best way - some of the best curds we've had and my significant other is from the Midwest! Finally the Pulled Pork Sandwich was delicious but difficult to eat due to the ciabatta bun but you can't hold that against Sisu. The Mac & Cheese was also good but needed some additional salt to really sing. The beer flight was only $11 for 6 brews which is an honest to god steal - and all of the brews we tried were different and tasty. Highly recommend this to beginners. Can't also stress enough that the service we received tonight was phenomenal - some of the best honest service we've received anywhere which speaks volumes to the care and dedication the Sisu staff have towards it's food, craft beer and customers. Solid 5 star restaurant right in the heart of Seaside's strip that deserves a visit if you're in the area. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I walked in an hour before closing on a Wednesday night. Couldn’t have been happier. Got a seasonal flight of beer and the jambalaya. I mean, if your gonna roll the dice on late night food roulette… go bold. I was actually impressed, plenty of the typical hearty ingredients in a great jambalaya. The toast and rice was very complimentary to the dish and really balanced it well. The heat was just right in the sauce, maybe a little “tomato-e” but really nicely through and through. Now the beers, not my favorite but the tribute IPA was pleasantly sharp with just the balance that complimented the jambalaya. The movie and meal concept is noteworthy , space was neat and clean and the staff very helpful. All in all, this place caught me off guard, I was just expecting barely good tourist spot, but they excelled in all the categories. Way to go late night mid week crew, awesome job! Ps. Jessica rocked!

Quick friendly service and Great Gumbo and seating, the Beer was good but Sweet for the listed IBA and my wife felt like her Macaroni with chicken on top was just microwave macaroni and cheese with extra cheese melted on top with some generic chicken strips chopped up and slapped on top after it came out of the microwave. But over all great experience. It was the only place in town that could get us seated quickly and serve up food in a timely manner on a Tuesday evening! Thanks for the quick friendly service and the gumbo! Sports bars aren't my thing but if they are yours this is a fantastic place biggest screen in town I'm sure it's the biggest screen on the Oregon coast!

I am Finnish so maybe I am biased... I love this place. The food is good, and the beer and chowder are excellent. The best place for a craft beer in Seaside. They even have a cheap option, a lager for a fraction of the price. The chowder is the best I have had in Seaside. The service is excellent, and you can often catch something playing on the movie theater screen.

What a cool place! Love that they kept the movie theater in tact and did so in such a creative way! Even the flight tray is designed to resemble an old film reel. Food was good, beer was better. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Such a fun place to eat! Not your typical eat-in movie theater. Food was absolutely delicious, the service wonderful, but the atmosphere is what clinched it for me.

We ordered takeout. Had Haddock fish and chips and brewery grilled cheese with bacon on freshly baked white bread and onion rings. Generous portions and food was great. Haddock was thick and chunky with delicious tartar sauce. Only complaint would be the fries were overcooked... Seemed twice cooked. Great place! Fun atmosphere.

A restaurant for brewery with a movie screen, tables and cinema seating as well. They offer a decent selection of beers and very good food. We ordered the pretzel knots that came out piping hot, with cheese and mustard, more than meeting our expectations. Next, we tried their clam chowder with smoked bacon and found it to be much better than most on the coast. My wife ordered the Halibut Fish Tacos with a chipotle cream sauce and I had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken; both dishes were amazing. Flavor: 5 Portions: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Staff: 5 Value: 5 Cost: $$

Great atmosphere when the big screen is down. The food is very good too!! This is one of the relative few places where vegetarians can go and get a decent burger with a salad instead of fries all the time. Cozy place to come more often. Definitely worth the drive!

They did an awesome job turning this theater into a brewery, they kept the aesthetic and made the main attraction the brew tanks. They offer a good variety of styles and seasonal brews. A nice amount of food options as well. The chowder is really good and the spent yeast bread is amazing. No outdoor seating so no pups allowed.

Awesome location for a brewery! Tried their seasonal Cold IPA ABV 7.2%/ IBU-43. Taste of this east drinker competes with Astoria Brewings Cold IPA and Blasts past Fort Georges current Cold IPA. Will be back for a night when they are showing a movie on their drop down screen.

I’m glad Seaside has a spot like this! Old theater turned into a brewery and a great spot to watch sports. We ordered poutine, Mac n cheese w bacon (they gave us lots!) and clam chowder. Everything including the beer was great 🙂

This place was super cool! An old movie theater turned brewery! My husband loved watching Thursday night football on the big screen while enjoying beer and food. French dip and fish and chips were good. Didn't care for the onions rings we upgraded to with our food. Beer was decent, service was great!

This is a great brewery! My honest rating is more like 4.4. First, let me explain why it's not a 5. Honestly, I think the service could improve slightly (needs more friendly and talkative people). It could've just been our servers 🤷🏼‍♂️ Still a good experience though. Second thing, I think the big screen could be used better to add to the environment. I can tell the place is still new. Some things still need to be cleaned and adjusted to make the place feel a little more welcoming. Okay, now the good stuff that brings the rating to a near 5. The food was excellent, the concept and space was unique and awesome, and the beer was good 🍻. Honestly, the space alone is worth the stop. An old movie theater made brewery? I mean, come on! This place has a ton of potential 🙌 Simple improvements to the environment, maybe playing classic movies on the big screen, movie theme songs in the background... I don't know, but if the environment improves, I see this being a massive success. It needs to feel more cohesive. Final review score: Cleanliness: 9/10 Service: 8/10 Product Quality: 9/10 Environment: 8/10 Uniqueness: 10/10 TOTAL= 44/50 (highly recommend)
