Had the prime rib and it was fantastic and that is coming from a Oklahoma boy. The cornbread drove home the fact that this place is on point with the food. My waitress MiMi was probably the best wait staff experience I have ever had. I will be seeking out this place anytime I fly into Sea-Tac.

While we were in Seattle, staying near the Doubletree Seatac, we walked over to Sharps. Great place to eat some really good smoked/bbq food. The prices were reasonable and the environment was fun. The cornbread, drenched in maple butter was oh so wonderful to start off the meal. The menu had a great selection and if I lived in Seattle, I would go back many times over.
I love prime rib. Anytime I go out to eat somewhere and it's on the menu I will order it. This place has the best prime rib I have ever had. Great food.
What a great find! Our food was incredible and our waitress could not have been better. Mimi was so attentive, sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. We had three kids and four adults and everyone had a fantastic dinner.
Atmosphere is great, the cornbread and that maple syrup they give you is very tasty! I had the cod which was very good and my husband said his burger was very tasty. Def recommend the place if you're at the airport and need a good place to eat!
The beer was refreshing on a hot day, the barbecue brisket nachos were amazing, my bartender/server was so friendly and every song that came on was one of my favorites.
We went and celebrated a birthday for someone turning 80. They could not have treated us better as we needed to change tables to accommodate the age of some of the party. The prime rib was great and the birthday girl ate ever last bite! The big sparkler she got with her birthday dessert was outstanding although it would have been nice if they had timed it with the other dessert delivery. We are ready to go back.
service and food was great! We had a large crowd but the server was upbeat and had a great sense of humor! Worth the $$$!!

The sourdough mac and cheese was definitely worth trying, and being close to thw airport and my rwgular hotel may make Sharps new regular place to eat.
Loved loved the smoked meats and the staff! Highly recommend !
I had the Salmon Cobb Salad and it was delish! My husband had a briscut sandwich and heaping handcut fries - both of which he let me try. Yum. There are several things on the menu that I will have to come back to try!
Absolutely fabulous little restaurant with homebrewed spirits and incredible barbecue. I was lucky enough to get Sam as my server and she gave me some of the best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. She anticipated my needs and had everything I needed as soon as I asked for it. She recommended the brisket tacos and I loved them. I tried their house Martini and their house Manhattan and I would give a five star recommendation to both drinks. They use their own alcohol for both of them and they were seriously five stars. I wish I wasn’t traveling to the area, if I lived here I would come here two or three times a week. I want to try everything! Thanks Sam!!

Our server Joshua, was the best. He was entertaining and very attentive to us. We're definitely going back next time we're in Seattle.
Nachos were incredibly yummy. The fish tacos are beyond awesome. The chicken sandwich was good but not really that special. The mac and cheese is delicious. I thought the rotisserie chicken was a bit dry and bland, and the ribs were decent. The food is quite pricey but the service and atmosphere is good.
Sharps is a quick shuttle ride from most of the airport hotels, and the food and service were excellent. It's a nice place with a lot of seating, and great menu options. Portions sizes are quite large, so you may not have room for dessert.
I was in the area for work and went to Sharps RoastHouse. The absolute best overall experience in my life. From the moment of walking through the doors and being seated to being served exceptionally well by Chris K the first night and Pat the second night, thats right I went back the next night. Unbelievable how friendly and welcoming the staff are and waited on with the utmost care and timely all night both times. Out of this world food and Gin! Cant wait to visit again. Also excited to order The Boss, when available. Highly recommend this place. 👌
Great place to hang out with friends. The waiter was cool, you could tell he actually enjoyed the food too. The appetizers were good portions and the mac and cheese I had was delicious, topped with brisket that was melt-in-your-mouth soft. The burgers and fries my friends had were also tasty. The meats are all around properly done
In from Ohio just out here visiting family. We stopped into Sharps honestly because it was one of few places open after 6pm on a Sunday and it was one of the best decisions we made. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Carolina BBQ sandwich, ribs, the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, and a smash burger. Everything was perfect! All the staff was very friendly but our waiter Joshua was so funny and just gave great service despite being busy. It's a bit pricey but well worth it for the quality. If we ever find ourselves out here again this is one spot we'll 100% come back to. Definitely recommend.
The mashed potatoes and corn were amazing. The beer selection was comprehensive. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. My disappointment only reflects my meat choice and I would come back again and try a different meat.
