Make reservations today. Came here to celebrate a birthday and made reservations through open table weeks in advance to get the time and day we wanted. Parking on a Saturday evening seemed impossible, but we were to find a parking a few blocks away. Once checked in, we were seated quickly and notified that each reservation was slotted for 2 and a half hours, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the dinner. They have a 15 minute grace period and request you give them a call kf youre running late. Once seated, the waiter suggested ordering 6 plates for the 3 of us along with some drinks and cocktails, which was the perfect amount of food to allow us to also enjoy dessert. Complimentary bread and bread sticks were provided as well. We ordered the chicory salad and the baked filo with chanterelle mushrooms to start and the large portion if the tamarind con burro e Salvia (aka sage butter pasta that they're known for) the ragu pasta, and the cavatelli pasta. We all had different favorites. We saved room for dessert and got the gelato al Miele and the semidreddo (the dessert portions were larger and expected). Note: This isn't your typical neighborhood italian restaurant its better and highly recommended for a special dinner. Just remember to make a reservation in advance and plan to spend time looking for parking.

Ordered the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Italian delicious meal with some great northern Italian influence (looking at you Russian Salad)! Every dish was great - almost too much food. Will be back and looking forward to it! Oh - cocktails and wine = on point.

Amazing service, incredibly tasty and unique pasta, nothing could’ve been better! Love that this place is so dedicated to a region of Italy because it’s such a different experience than the normal red-sauce laden options of cliche Italian joints. Our server was also just an A+ professional that even let us taste the two wines he recommended before we chose. Do not leave without trying their main butter angle hair pasta (forget the exact name). I almost ordered another serving of it for dessert it was so good. Crab pot pie and garlic kale salad were also delish (in photos).

We tried everything. The service was amazing, the desserts were heavenly and major props to their mixologist 🍸 because they serve the BEST cocktails. One of the best meals i have had, if you are thinking about going… JUST GO (Get a reservation) 🤌

Reservations are hard to find. But as soon as you seat you understand why. Pasta is fresh and it’s a small but well curated restaurant. We ordered the onions (highlight of the night), pasta al burro with sage (delish!) and the prosciutto and pork belly something, something. 3 dishes and we couldn’t eat the last one. Los of food! I would come back again. The service is TOO NOTCH they change your cutlery every second, and food came by at a good pace.

Amazing anniversary dinner! We did not take the tasting menu, so we ordered a half portion of pasta, roasted squab, risotto, and a grilled cauliflower. Cocktails are great with the food, and we had a crostata with a moka espresso as our dessert. I highly recommend this NW Italian-style restaurant. It was our first time to dine here, and I will return very soon.

Beloved upscale Italian restaurant serving great pasta dishes including their renowned tagliolini/tajarin. I love sitting at the bar and watching the kitchen in action, but also a great place for a date night. Reservations very strongly encouraged, but if you do go for a walk-in and the wait is too long, they do have a (slightly) more casual dining experience at their Artusi bar right next door where food is same caliber of excellence. Although the food is awesome, the menu is a bit small, so just a heads-up on that.

everything we touched was wonderful. was able to get a seat at the counter and see the pasta as it was being worked through the hands and see the team at work; such an awesome bonus point. crispy and delicate corn fritters to start, texture perfection. went next to the butter and Sage pasta I’ve heard so much about and can now understand why; such a warming homelike and lovely dish; my favorite of the evening and definitely some of the best pasta I’ve had in Seattle. the pancetta was also a nice follow up, very rich and kind of a bomb of a lot of delicious soft fatty flavors; I’ll never complain about that. food was great but what makes me wish I could give this place 6 stars is the wonderful wonderful wonderful service received. not only were they attentive to coursing, but were so kind and lovely without the slightest hint of inauthenticity. Hope to see Spinasse continue to win; they’re doing everything right.

The best pasta I've had in Seattle period. Maybe even better than the pasta I had in Italy... w for Seattle! You have to try the Sage butter pasta and any of their beef dishes are amazing!

Easily some of the best tasting food I've ever had. The ingredients were very simple but everything was very well done. Definitely come here for a special night out.

On the menu there’s an option to order EVERYTHING. That’s what we did. It was a great experience by itself. The food are mostly tasty. The fresh pasta taste so good - especially liked the mini ravioli with rabbit. The duck breast and the tuna mayo appetizer also stand out. The service was exceptional as well. Overall it was a great experience

Enjoyed dinner here, but I think there are better Italian options in Seattle at this price point. First, making a reservation is really hard, although when we arrived there were several open seats. Second, there are not many options for vegetarians. Their signature pasta dish is vegetarian, but it's a bit one note (and very rich) to eat a full size portion. Third, and this is minor, but we got a 'just checking if you're coming' call 5 minutes past our reservation time, which seemed unnecessary as a normal grace period is 15 minutes.

Got the tasting menu- $115/ person. Excellent portion size. A taste of almost everything on the menu. Bread crust was burnt. Cocktail ( bourbon, great fruit, long pepper syrup)- slightly too sweet but well blended- could have used more bourbon and less syrup. Appetizers all good. Favs were prosciutto and chickpea salad. 4 pastas- all a little too salty. Secondi-rabbit meatballs- salty. Crab pot pie- great.pork belly. Too full to try. Well worth the price. Too full for dessert. Recommended for special date, occasion, etc. Adam was out server.

We went here for our anniversary and had great service! The food was a little too salty for my personal taste, but I can see why others would enjoy it. There were quite a few empty tables, but we also stayed from 5pm to ~7pm so it may have been a little early for the Friday dinner crowd to have joined. We got the appetizer platter, half portion of the rabbit ravioli and butter and sage pasta, duck breast, and carrot cake. We also ordered a cocktail each. Our total before tip and tax came to exactly $160.

The food was good but the risotto was not my favorite the flavor was a little sour and the rice wasn’t too my liking. But the drinks were great and their main pasta dish was delicious.

Spinasse is my favorite restaurant in Seattle! It’s phenomenal every time I’ve visited. I love doing the tasting menu because you get to try every dish on the menu, served family style. I definitely recommend doing the wine pairing with it! Everything I’ve tried there is delicious, but my favorite dishes are the Tajarin (both of them) and the Cipollini when they have it.

I truly enjoyed our experience at spinasse! It was a gamble on whether or not we were gonna get a table but we’re seated almost right away as a walk in! The service was so great! Besides our waiter being amazing, Allison also made the experience great! When she found out we were out of town, she took the time to give my husband and I a few recommendations! Not to mention the recommendations she gave for the menu were amazing as well! We would definitely come back! Thank you, Allison!
