This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. Three of us got Mad Dogs (1 with the regular crust, 2 with the thick crust)... And we all finished our pizzas... It was just so delicious. If I'm in Seattle again, I am absolutely coming back.
And the no name pies? Sooooo good. Got both the chocolate and the pumpkin. Ugh. I'm just sad I'm not there now to get them again! Do you all ship to MA?

Delicious pizza, reasonably priced. Pick your fresh ingredients at the counter as they are all on show in front of you. Friendly staff. Close to hotels.
Amazing New York style pizza. Honestly the best pizza I’ve found since moving to the West Coast (LA). Musttttt give the hot red sauce a try as a base!

Delicious as always, but my first time dining in.
I recommend taking on the BYO option if you've eaten it before.
Otherwise, get acquainted with their ingredients so you can make tasty MODifications in the future.
Great place for a tasty fresh pizza. Can choose your own toppings and sauces. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value, will return when next in Seattle. I took mine away as was staying nearby.
It's like a Subway for pizza. Food was awesome with a good selection. The staff was friendly and looked like they enjoyed working together. It's more of a "fast food" atmosphere but works for what it is. Drinks are a little expensive but the price of food I didn't think was bad. Not many places I've found that so the brick oven pizza style food.
Fast friendly staff. Love being able to put what I want on my pizza. Ot wasn't busy but it started to get busy when I was there. You can order ahead with the app.
MOD pizza is hands down my favourite pizza place. The prices are great, the ingredients are always high quality with great selection, the service is fantastic and the pizza itself is perfect. I love being able to create my own mix of toppings. This location always has a great atmosphere and it is in a great location, especially if you are going to the theatre.
Customer service was fantastic! The pizza is priced well and tastes great! The MOD crust was thin and crispy…absolutely perfect! The perfect amount of sauce kept the crust crispy and the pizza moist! The mushrooms were fresh and flavorful. Loved every bite!
Checked into my hotel and this was the only place open. Took 40min to get my order in and then another 10min for my pizza. But boy the pizza was 💣, sauce was tasty and fresh ingredients. The delicious pizza made me forget the wait time. Owner take note of the ridiculous wait time while they advertise “super fast” pizza. Great first nite experience in Seattle after landing from NYC. 😍
Edit: been here twice during my second trip to Seattle. Pizza is consistently awesome. I have gotten very creative with my pies 😜🍕
The food was really good! However, it was really busy and I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my pizza. Great place to go if you have the time and patience!

My order got messed up, but they were friendly and fixed it right away. Various types of pizzas and salads and beverages
They don't charge extra for multiple toppings. One crust style which is thin. Smells a bit odd but the pizza tasted good. Garlic strips were ok, just too much of something .
5 ⭐️ for the service! Love the pizza here! Highly recommended! We love the Sri-Rancha sauce here! Do try it!
There is nothing like a fast casual pizza place, but one that serves beer too? The staff was very professional and considering it was an order with 8 people, they took it in stride. Had a spicy mad dog and an IPA. The Caesar salad was a great pairing, helped cook down those jalapeño!
A solid late night scoop on the way out of dwntwn! Staff was friendly even being so near to closing time. All ‘zahs made to order. Portion size equal to price - recommend.
This place absolutely saved my family on vacation. The other restaurants in the area aren't all that kid friendly and MOD was a savior for my kids (12&7). The standard pies are fantastic, but you can also customize 100% for picky eaters. Definitely recommend.
