Look, I eat a lot of Seattle. I'm regularly disappointed. This place is phenomenal. Skyler, our bar tender was so knowledge about the wide array of libations. Honestly the whole service team behind the bar worked well together. sure the beer and wine sections are great, but you are doing tour self a disservice if you don't order a cocktail. First I got a bourbon whiskey based drink the "Fourth Regiment" I highly recommend. It was like a story unfolded on your tongue. AND ON HAPPY HOUR, from there it was all up hill. All the apps were amazing esp the brussel sprouts and fried cauliflower. Do it. Just go. And Management.... if your reading this, make Skyler a bar tender already. He totally served this patron well.

The cocktail pairings with the meal were great compliments to the meal. Everything am was delicious and well presented. Service was warm and friendly. Edit: I’ve been several times now and the service and food has been consistently excellent. Everything is always delicious.

First time here suggested by one of my daughters for a Christmas get together... with my daughter's and this place is wonderful. The interior is brilliantly detailed in dark and light wood with an open space. The food was amazing and did not disappoint... and the Bloody Mary with beef Jerky was a delicious treat.

Great food and service! Loved the creative tastes! Came back within 2 weeks. Like some other guests mentioned, there is 20% service fee, but I was informed by the waiter no additional tips are required, unless you want.

Great place for both happy hour and dinner. Dinner menu provides pairing options hand selected by their team. Plenty of options on tap. Food is top notch and not a huge hit to your wallet. Portions are very reasonable. There are options for everyone including gluten free options

Heartwood Provisions is definitely one of the better Pacific Northwest restaurants in Seattle. It offers a good variety of locally sourced dishes and an impressive tasting menu which we decided to try out in our first visit. The dining experience was well above average, all the courses came in a timely manner and impressed us with the rich taste. One could wish for a more creative presentation or a healthier menu choice, but the overall impression was positive. One of the places to return for a good comforting dinner, especially well suited for a rainy and cold weather.

One the best dining experiences we have experienced. The service was flawless, our server Richard came up with a drink that paired really well with the crab meat pasta since the pairing contained ingredients I was unable to consume at the time. Honestly the drink pairings they recommend on the menu are really amazing. If u can get all the pairing it will enhance your dining experience and provide your palette with some mouth watering flavors.

I really liked Heartwood Provisions, the service was good and so was the food. We sat at the counter, which I highly recommend if you have the option to do so. We ordered the roasted scallop, yellowtail, wagyu NY steak, and passionfruit desert. I'm not a big yellowtail fan so I'm probably not a good person to review this dish. All the dishes looked, and tasted like they were thoughtfully crafted, cooked and locally sourced. It was a little on the expensive side but good for a nicer dinner out, that had unique, flavorful dishes in a nice, open setting (including an open kitchen) that completely avoids feeling too stuffy or upscale.

Great happy hour! $10 burger is delicious and comes with shoestring fries that were perfectly cooked. We also had the poutine which was a good take on it, but needs a bit more gravy. Creative cocktail selection as well.

7/29/18: Visited for brunch. Sat at the bar. Very nice menu. Ordered oysters, brussel sprouts, steak and eggs, and pork shoulder hash. My only gripe was that the eggs that came with both dishes were not cooked properly otherwise flavor was really good. Highlights: Guava mignonette with the oysters is so fresh and yummy. Brussel sprouts come really charred which I love and with lemon aioli, sardines, and sweet peppers. Kale chips with the hash was so so light and airy crisp. It practically disintegrated in my mouth. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare.
