Palisade is my favorite restaurant while in Seattle! The view of Mount Rainier and Elliott bay sets an amazing scenery for your meal. Thanksgiving dinner was Terrific as well as the impeccable service provided by all staff encountered. All dishes and cocktails were delicious and prepared to our liking. Thank You for making our holiday meal away from home memorable.

Great service, an amazing view, and good food. The only reason I removed one star is that I was not satisfied with the king crab I ordered. It was the most expensive dish we ordered tonight (priced at $120), so my expectations were high. However, it didn't taste good as my expectation, and it even was as good as the crab I purchased from Costco. On the other hand, all the other dishes were amazing - the black cod, the noodles, everything was great!

Amazing place for great Seafood. Highly recommended The COD. It's exceptional. The views are incredible. Service was second to none. It's pricey, but worth it!

Or group of 4 had a really great meal. The prime rib was so tender it melted in my mouth. Fig salad was really a Different gig salad, glazed figs with a rely good dressing, very light and refreshing. Excellent view of the marina and the water, sunset tonight was beautiful. Very first date worthy.

I really don’t want to sound way too dramatic all the time, but this is legitimately THE BEST RESTAURANT I’ve ever been to. 👍The shrimp & crab carbonara 👍 Shrimp tempura sushi role 👍Dirty martini 👍literally everything The main course that I had (Shrimp carbonara) was absolutely amazing with various combinations, I didn’t know I liked seafood that much until then. It’s really easy to mess up a carbonara ( especially in the US) but they did a absolutely amazing job, the sauce was just the perfect texture and amount, you could taste that creamy buttery sauce and the shrimp at the same time. It was a very satisfying dish, it was so good that would make you want to lick the plate ( not kidding ) And our server Thomas was very sweet and friendly, he took a very good care of us without making people feel intimidated. Definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful views of downtown and marina. A more traditional seafood restaurant. Great service and drinks. Food was excellent. I was hoping the king crab legs were going to be bigger, but they tasted so good it was worth it. Get the crab cakes and crab and lobster dip. They were the highlight.

Between the skyline of downtown Seattle to the amazing food, Palisade is the restaurant to check out while in Seattle. I felt like I was watching the opening sequence of the show Frazier while I was enjoying my Alaska King Crab. It’s a little bit of a drive but so worth it.

The view is obviously central to the experience and ambiance, but the restaurant itself is wonderfully elegant. All this would be for naught if the food didn't live up to its fabulous setting, but thankfully, it absolutely does. We enjoyed filet mignon, scampi, halibut, and for dessert, cremè brule, and chocolate lava cake with very good coffee. Our server was excellent, and though we were the last reservation of the day, everyone was still on their A game!

The salmon and lamb chops were seasoned well, cooked to perfection and very good. The salmon was supposed to come with a slaw that sounded wonderful. I was served mashed potatoes instead, which was ok as they were more filling. The crab and lobster dip was excellent with chucks of lobster on the top. The creme brulee topped off the evening.

The service from Jordan was top notch. He definitely made our family outing for a birthday really enjoyable. He brought out the birthday girl a dessert, wished her happy birthday, and was just friendly to talk to. I did not get many photos just because we were all talking and enjoying the meals. Since I'm allergic to seafood, I ended up getting the chicken just because steaks from places like this I never really enjoy 100%. I got the smoked old fashioned for my beverage. This is where they bring a smoker to the table and light it to let it infuse. This was very nice and the drink was very well made. I would suggest anyone who orders it to ask them to double or triple smoke it or make sure they load the bowl up with more. I would also suggest that they leave the lid or the smoking device on the glass for longer if you like your whiskey with a strong smoke taste. That was really my only complaint and the drink was still good. Yes, this place is fairly expensive. It does provide a higher service and food quality to match that. Also, the view out the windows is amazing. I will say driving there does suck a little bit because at certain points there's no actual signs or things tell me where to go and you almost feel like when you make the last turn you go from like a ghetto to ritzy million dollar homes out of the blue where this restaurant is at. I just found that really odd.

This place was incredible. It overlooks the marina and has a beautiful view of the water. We had wine and appetizers. I had the salmon dinner. It was absolutely divine. Highly recommend!

Great location with great views. Parking is ample and reservations are recommended. Came for dinner and the service was very attentive. The food was tasty and the seafood fresh. Great for special occasions or just because for a nice night out. The drinks were also good and I would suggest the molten chocolate cake for dessert. Check it out for weekend brunch, it is an experience with a great Seattle view.

There were five of us dining there for the first time and the food was excellent! Justin was our server and was excellent as well! We're from out of town and would be happy to return!

Lunch was very slow. Noon reservations and the food (Burger, Salad, Fish an Chips) weren't served until 1:45. We weren't in a hurry and had time to enjoy some amazing cocktails (Smoke and Bourbon for example). Our servers were great and the atmosphere is one of a kind.

Visited on Christmas Day and had a very lovely dinner. First impressions, the restaurant has a romantic and cozy atmosphere. The view of both the water and city is oh so pretty! The food was good, particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque and the seafood trio. Their desserts are also really yummy, both the chocolate cake and their creme brulee were the perfect finish to our meal. Would come again!

This is an iconic Seattle location, the kind of place you want to take out of town guests. The view is spectacular. The service is very good. Not Canlis level, they might serve plates to the wrong people and you'll have to switch them around. And your drink might not be refilled unless you flag someone down. But it's a white cloth restaurant and the waiters are nice. Parking is free and plentiful and if the weather is nice before or after your meal, you can take a walk down by the water. You won't be rushed. I'd say that the drinks, especially the cocktails, are a high point. The bar is fantastic. The decor is a bit dated but has a classic Northwest feel. The menu has really interesting items and you think you're about to be served the most amazing entrees ever. Temper your expectations.... For the hefty prices I would say the outcome is average. You're there for the experience and the memories. It's sort of an old school menu so the vegan options are minimal and all the desserts have dairy.

Superb and rightly venerable Seattle pleasure-port-side restaurant. Vibe is still classy and elegant. (Lots of swank birthday party celebrants, "date-night" couples, and visibly well-heeled older patrons of long and happy experience.) Very professional and attentive wait staff. Superfine (and not exorbitantly priced) wine list--strong on international sparkling wines and PNW still whites and reds. Order at least two cups (or bowls) of the lobster bisque--yes, it's still that good! Fish plates stand out here with exceptional shellfish confections. Always reliable salmon plates with various wild-caught options in the respective seasons. Having dined here delightfully three times over the last ten years, I'd say the food quality and professional table service standards are as high as ever. Only casualty: no more flights of three, various flavored creme brulees on the desert menu (Alas!) Bring those back, and I'd be an even happier camper here! (But the key-lime pie is still a great finish!--order an extra slab to go!)
