We sat outside on the balcony at 6pm, which was fine if a little warm, but a nice cool ocean breeze arrived shortly to cool us down. Our server, Luis, was fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable. The food was all unique and very flavorful, including the Pier Pie dessert. My wife said the chowder was among the best she's ever had. Definitely will visit here more often.
We had a blast here! The food was great, and even better, the service was lovely, including the manager on duty that night, Trey. He made sure my husband and I had a magical night watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails, crabcakes and more.
Seemed like the place to eat, right on the beach. We found it a bit overpriced for what we got. A bowl of chowder and a seafood salad cost us almost $60. Not great for anyone with food allergies to gluten, egg or dairy either. The server was very nice and gave me as many options as the kitchen could provide.
If only we knew about the VIP Club, we would've signed up and got a 2-4-1 entre. The server told us about the frequent diner offer too, so there's always a discount when you go back. Save yourself some money and sign up before you go!
The window seats give you a view of Alki Beach, if you can snag one of those tables.
Great food with a nice rooftop seating area. The food is delicious, and the rooftop seating area is a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
I got the fish and chips. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked, and the tartar sauce was delicious.
Not too busy for dinner. We waited 10 minutes for a table, but it wasn't too crowded once we were seated
Excellent place to go with family durong the summer. Good food, quality service and nice atmosphere (seating outdoors on the second floor with great view of alki beach).
I had the seafood salad, it was very well served but I would like to see more seafood on it, too much greens and a little prawns and scallops. My family ordered a taco with cod fish that was fantastic.
They offer a good variety of beers and drinks specially blood orange margarita.
Duke’s was great! Food was delightful, the view was nice, service was good. Price was a little steep, and parking was a nightmare, but that’s mostly expected
We ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and lobster bisque and a corn chowder bread bowl. All was good, though I’d likely switch the lobster bisque for something different next time
I’ll definitely return — lots more to try on the menu!
Great service. Our waitress was both stunning and super friendly. Love the seafood and good beer. The views at sunset are amazing.
Whenever I'm in the area, I occasionally visit this place. I have a fondness for their delicious Bloody Mary and flavorful clam chowder. One of the highlights for me is the option to sit on their outdoor deck upstairs, which provides a pleasant atmosphere. However, if indoor seating is more your preference, they do offer a cozy interior space as well. Additionally, for those who may have difficulty with stairs, there is a patio seating area available on the lower level. Both floors conveniently have accessible bathrooms.
The staff members have always been friendly and accommodating, which enhances the overall experience. The only aspect I would critique is that the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Nevertheless, it remains a great spot for happy hour outings.
This place was absolutely fantastic! The chowder dinghy sampler was so delightful! The mojito was so fresh and the view was stunning.our server Luis was a hoot! You don't want to miss this place!!
Oh, how I wish I could recall our waiter's name! Tall, young, handsome black guy with single twist. Very mannerable and attentive. At one point, I felt like he was the only one working the floor, and he did it with grace. The view was lovely as we had window seats.
I went because it was said you haven't had clam chowder till you had Duke's. They were not wrong. The crab eggs left a bit to be desired. The rest of the food was good.
