Very cool aesthetic both upstairs and downstairs. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and prompt with their service. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared a flight board with 4 different cuts of meat and each one was amazing. We especially liked the hen of the woods mushrooms as a side dish. The dessert menu was just as unbelievably as the main entrees. Would highly recommend the lemon and strawberry and cinnamon donuts. All around A+

They accommodated our reservation early, and the service was spot on. Attentive. But not in the way. Took the time to split up our checks and provided us with brief explanations. The steaks were cooked perfectly to each of our preferences. We had a great time and a wonderful dinner outing. Filet Mignon was the best. 👌

My husband and I enjoyed our date night dinner here more than a recent first trip to Canlis, from both a food and service perspective. We had no expectations going in aside from that we were going to a steakhouse. That said, I'm happy I checked the reviews just enough when making our reservation and booked a table downstairs; upstairs (which is the ground floor where you enter) is a cool industrial space, and bright - I could see it being perfect for a work meal or larger group of friends. Downstairs was sexy in a tasteful and intimate way, complete with fireplaces and a very slick second bar. The wait staff were all professionals; helpful and available just the right amount - knowing when to make conversation and when to make themselves sparse. They graciously accommodated us moving to a larger corner table when we saw it opening up as we were seated. Even though I was in the mood for classic cocktail, I got one of the house cocktails because it was too intriguing to pass up. So glad I did because it was fantastic. My husband got great guidance on the right steak and wine paring order from their Somm on staff. I loved my salmon and all the sides we got to go with our proteins. Dessert was the cherry on top of a great meal. We enjoyed the entire experience immensely and can't wait to go back soon. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and plan to go here for future fancier date nights or special occasions.

Great steak - high quality food all in all. The service was beyond good - really helpful and friendly. The only thing that I did not quite like was the extreme smell of smoke in the restaurant. It smelled like old coal smoke - unpleasant.

The food was great. Wasn't too impressed with the crab. But I mean, you take the gamble with it being more of a steakhouse. The crab dip was really good. The Banana Daiquiri was probably my favorite. My bf really enjoyed the Mac and Cheese. Lindsay was a great server!

This was the second time I had been here, and it was more spectacular this time than the last. Get there early enough to try the smoke bone marrow. Then treat yourself to the bone marrow encrusted ribeye!

Celebrated our anniversary here and sure glad we did! We had the corner booth in the bar, perfect for sitting next to each other and having a view of the entire restaurant. Omar was top notch, haven’t had that level of service in a long time. Excellent at making recommendations and checking in on us. We ordered the field of greens salad, Mac n cheese with crab and the NY Manhattan ultra cut. Everything was 5 star, flavors were excellent - super filling. They surprised us with dessert on the house, pepper donuts. Can’t recommend enough. Best fine dining experience we’ve had in Seattle! Thank you for a wonderful night!

The food here is absolutely incredible! I have to say, the mushrooms stole the show for me. If you're looking to cut corners, this place is not be your best bet. We dropped a cool $450 before tip for the two of us, but hey, I'm all about going big and ordering the absolute best on the menu.

Had dinner here before heading to a show. There were four of us and the hill added up very quickly but the food and service was quite good! We had the flat iron, king salmon, beef fat fries, bone marrow, hen of the woods mushrooms, Mac and cheese and the brioche. They initially didn’t bring us a spoon for the marrow, which I thought was odd but didn’t think much of, then the waiter came by profusely apologizing for it and provided us the beef fat brioche bun on the house. Wasn’t not requesting or expecting that but it was excellent and much appreciated. We also did not set enough time aside so we had to ask them to expedite our order and they happily did. Overall a great experience.

The Butcher's Table in Seattle is a must-visit for meat lovers. This place takes you on a culinary journey that's both satisfying and memorable. Our meal started with the Steak Tartar. Fresh and expertly prepared, it was a delightful beginning to our meal. The star of our lunch was the Butcher's Steak Special. We chose the Coulette cut, cooked medium rare. The steak was perfectly seared, juicy, and full of robust flavors. The Beef Fat Fries were a standout side. Crispy and subtly flavored with beef, they were the perfect companion to our steak. The Butcher's Table is more than a restaurant; it's a celebration of quality meat. If you're in Seattle and appreciate well-prepared beef, don't miss The Butcher's Table.

Overall lovely experience! First off, it’s 2 floors of beauty and it smells amazing. Romantic and upscale vibes off the start. We grabbed a drink at the downstairs bar then had dinner upstairs. The filet was seasoned and cooked perfect, the scallops were so big and buttery. I would highly recommend Butchers Table!

Absolutely delicious steakhouse in Seattle! We shared some sides including the new potatoes, asparagus and the Mac and cheese. For our entrees we got the salmon, bone marrow ribeye, and filet mignon. Everything was absolutely delicious. For the sides I definitely recommend the mac & cheese and asparagus. The new potatoes were ok- I was hoping they’d be more mashed. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to go for a special occasion! I can’t smell/taste very well but the food here still gave my palates a full experience! So with that in mind, my review will have a heavier emphasis on the texture rather than the flavor. We ordered the Happy Hour oysters and they were surprisingly good. They had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the texture was crisp and not mushy. Will come back for their happy hour just for the oysters. Then we got the morels and asparagus, both were unique and super yummy! The morels soaked up all the flavor from the gravy, and it did not taste like mushroom, rather it was a very meaty texture. Asparagus was good, not exceptional but very good since they were fresh and tender. The saltiness blended perfectly with the sweetness of the veggies, will recommend if you must have some sort of veggies with your meal. I’m very picky about my beef in any form but the flight of Ultra was worth every penny! It was an experience to try out four different cuts of meat (eye of rib, filet mignon, cap of ribeye, and manhattan cut New York), I never had or even heard of cap of ribeye in my life but HOLY MOLY THAT WAS AMAZING! It didn’t have any visible fat but it melts in your mouth. Even filet mignon tasted generic compare to that! The lightly salted charred surface were perfect. We got them cooked to medium rare and it didn’t have any raw flavors, nor any of the cut left red marks on the plate, that was just eye opening to me. I still wonder how the chef got rid of the myoglobin without overcooking them. They didn’t have much starch options when we went, so we added the beef fat fries, I AM SUPER GLAD WE DID! I it tasted like when back in the days all fries everywhere were cooked in animal fat! It was like a retro-memory flavor that I haven’t experienced for years! The seasoning complemented with the beef fat flavor very well. And their fries is probably mashed first with fat then shaped into fries, the texture blended very evenly throughout. And it was fried to perfection, a must not miss! And the house made sriracha is also unique, a perfect blend of sweet/savory/chumminess, not spicy at all. It was room temp and goes well with the fries. Dessert was amazing, the flag ship reserve ice cream beats Salt and Straw or other cheese ice cream I’ve had in Italy every minute. It was also melted to the perfect consistency and it was not cold on the teeth. Which complements with the cheese flavor very well. I have sensitive teeth and I don’t usually like ice cream, this is a great one. They also didn’t use whip cream to cover up any of the flavor, just drizzled berry sauce. Was not sickeningly sweet either, good for a dessert after so much meat.

I brought my love here for a fine dining experience and that was exactly what we got. We got an Ultra Steak flight, and part of the filet mignon was a bit rare for well-done, staff happily brought us a new piece in no time.

Expensive. But delicious! The owner of Beechers cheese owns this restaurant so they have bomb mac and cheese! The field green salad was so delicious with the flavors, my filet mignon was excellent. My friend got a 19oz prime rib and it was rare instead of med rare so they had to take it back and cook it more, but it came out good the 2nd time. I do wish they would have comp'd us a dessert or something for the inconvenience but I understand. The morel mushroom, peas and potato dumplings were fantastic. Definitely suggest this place if you have money to spend. My 8oz filet was 88$. Everything is a la carte.

My wife and I go to fine dining and upscale dining restaurants 1-2 times per month. This was easily our favorite. The service is great. The food is excellent. Listen to the servers recommendations for how the food should be prepared. We did and it was excellent. Easily the best steak I've ever had. This restaurant is pricey (we spent $100+ per person) but we thought it was worth it. Great atmosphere too.

Food was good but very pricey. That's the only dock in stars. Got the flight of steaks and what was surprising was the ribeye (usual favourite) being my least this time. The zabuton was both tender and delicious. Steaks are a bit peppery, not much flavour otherwise so make sure to grab one of the sauces. Drinks were good though, get the god father.
