You cannot go wrong with a dinner at Daniel's!! Especially the Seattle location. Food is outstanding at all of them but the Seattle location is much more comfortable. Bellevue is super pretentious and incredibly dim inside. Could hardly read the menu. Hostess was snooty. Since we weren't wearing $2k outfits our waitress (who was still amazing) definitely catered to the other clients.
However, it doesn't matter which one you go to if you are only there for the food. Amazing beef and super fresh seafood. Filet that your knife pretty much falls through. Bacon wrapped scallops that I would eat until I popped. Incredibly fresh greens. Extraordinary service. Not Georgian Room service but still absolutely amazing. We try to go at least once a year as a splurge dinner. Sooooo good.
Nice atmosphere, cozy and delightful. Food is delicious and the staff is polite and professional. If you are looking for a late nite snack and ambiance, Daniel' Broiler is the place. Oh, and let's not forget the lake view...
We had an amazing time, and being a Saturday we only waited 5 minutes for a table. Being our first time at Daniels they gave us the best table in the house. The food was perfectly cooked, and when we made a request for an alteration to our drinks they were more then happy to comply.... I feel the service is top notch and worth every penny spent.
I took my wife to Daniel’s Broiler in Seattle for the first time. The view was supposed to be pretty good, but we sat in the lounge section, where we couldn't see much.
The food was good! I ordered the Porter House Steak, and my wife got the Rib-Eyes with Bone. The server offered us warm bread and butter, which was nice. Otherwise, I wouldn't know they have it.
Our grilled steaks were perfect, with char on the edges. The only thing is, after eating for a little while, we started to taste the strong alcohol in the steak. I forgot to ask the waiter if they used the wine when cooking the steaks. We both do not drink. I wish the waiter said something about wine if it was used in the cooking.
Tips, 20% was automatically added to the bill. So, for a dinner for two, you're looking at $275.00. That’s not including dessert or drinks.
Lives up to its reputation. We all ordered ribeyes, done to perfection. Roger had the mashed potatoes with lobster and said it was delicious. We all enjoyed the square cheese curds. Cocktails and wine, then we rolled back to our hotel. I could do without the flashlights, though. Odd to have servers leaning over your plate, shining a pen light into your steak. Aside from that, highly recommend a special dinner out.
Went here with the family for Thanksgiving 2023. We had the 4 course feast, and it was all amazing. The restaurant looks out over the water, the inside is very clean, well kept, sylish, and cozy. The food is amazing! I had the king salmon, and it melts in your mouth! The garlic mashed potatoes are phenomenal! My son had the prime rib, which was also melt in your mouth amazing! My daughter loved her maple pork chops! The whole meal was spendy, but worth every cent and we had a fantastic time!
Anniversary dinner here my husband and it was our first time dining at this branch. We enjoyed the lovely dinner with the view of the marina.
Ordered the pan roasted jidori chicken and the salmon and everything was top notch flavorful! Our server was so kind to even give us a special anniversary treat on the house. I would definitely come back again!
Wish you could give half stars.. either way here goes.. nice ambience with water views, we were there at night, but still nice to see boats pull up. The old fashionds were ok, not the best, for $18 I expect better, the bread is sadly lacking the most (I realize for some this is irrelevant, but I love bread and usually steak houses have awesome bread(s)). Also, the wedge salad while tasty, was tiny; the steak itself (we ordered the flight) was very good, as were the mash potatoes, we finished with the creme brulee which to our surprise was a huge portion, so perfect to share!
Yes, it's pricey but for a once-a-year treat, and given the quality of the food and especially the views, it's worth the price. Also, the service is always first-rate.
Don't overlook the seafood here. My lobster was delicious and the halibut was cooked perfectly.
I wish I had ordered the wedge salad. Unlike most, it's not a gigantic piece of iceberg and not much else. Instead, it's a perfectly manageable portion artfully presented.
Birthdays get a complimentary desert--and no singing, mercifully.
Very high end restaurant with service to match. I was super impressed with our table service. The food was really good. The appetizer was delicious and the cocktails were well made. The steaks had a mixed outcome. They were mostly good, but a couple of them were over done and didn't really feel like the steaks lived up to the price.
My wife took me here to celebrate my birthday!
The place was nice & quiet & had an amazing view overlooking the docks.
We got the fried calamary, Daniel’s Filet Mignon & the regular filet mignon one with, in their words, “worlds best mashed potatoes” and the other with the loaded baked potatoes.
Everything was delicious & service was very friendly & attentive.
Loved this place. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Steaks were incredible. Excellent dessert and wine selections. Definitely recommend
Delicious food and friendly service. We had fried calamari, halibut, Filet Mignon, mushrooms Marsala, and Jidori chicken. The flavors were great.
