An amazing experience! I came from Brazil and this was the best restaurant I’ve been in the Pacific Northwest. The portions were very generous, the gnocchi and the sungold salad are a must. For desert, I had a homemade semifreddo, it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Loved it! 🫶🏻

Always a great meal here. The green beans are a perennial favorite. Had the duck which was new to the menu but absolutely outstanding. If you haven’t tried the teas, they blend their own. They are really good. Staff is kind and chef is awesome. Love mkt

Our appetizers and desserts were all excellent, the mains were good but not great. Sadly after an hour and a half, only the appetizers had been served. The service was generally not great. Would go back for Seattle Restaurant Week prices, probably wouldn’t go back for full cost given the service.

The two of us shared the steak dinner for two take out (July 10, 2021), and it was perfect. The beef tenderloin with maitake mushrooms was sublime! The beef was so tender and juicy (even after being heated in the microwave for 30 sec), the mushrooms had such a subtle smoked flavor, and the sauce enhanced everything. We were so glad to have gotten the set that included the burrata and the baby beet salad - both were so good and accompanied the steak well. The baguette was superb as well. Portion size was on point. Will definitely return to try other things! Pickup process was smooth, clear, and safe. Bravo bravo bravo!

Really a lovely meal and great service in these weird times. The scallops were fantastic- negroni was perfectly balanced, and the fritters were the best I’ve had. Enjoyed chatting with the chefs briefly too- very considerate and friendly!

I have been here a handful of times over the years and the food is always outstanding and the service perfect. This time the dish that had everyone at my table swooning was the cacio e pepe with pickled oyster mushrooms - this is possibly the most delicious pasta dish I have ever eaten. The melon salad was also fantastic, as were the always delicious arancini. Oh, and the cocktails, both alcoholic and non, were inventive and really well done. A great place for a special dinner - not cheap, but absolutely worth every penny.

Incredible service, lovely staff. The new owner even came out with a fun hibiscus tea before our appetizers. Apologies to the staff for having to deal with the pretentious douchecanoe complaining about not being able to use his gift cards from the previous restaurant and then spending far too much time berating the wait staff and then the owner because, let’s be real, dude was too cheap to pay for the meal he ordered so he made it everyone’s problem. Owning a new restaurant is tough, but y’all are doing great! Don’t let mister “I only eat camping pasta and my standards are low because I’m a twatwaffle trying to impress my date.” (News flash homie - you’re only embarrassing yourself). Some people don’t deserve kindness, I hope you comped his meal so he could take his precious gift cards and go cry to Ethan Stowell. Dude looks like he tips 10%, cries when the ice melts in his drinks and demands to “speak to the manager” at every restaurant in hopes of getting a free meal. Drop by MKT! Tip your wait staff, be kind, and don’t be like Chad - bring enough to pay for your food, tip the staff well, and behave like a grateful human because you can always cook your own food. Signed, The guy who didn’t need a gift card or a lesson in compassion.

A hidden gem in Tangletown. Great cocktails, amazing food, and excellent service. And finding parking is never a problem!

I really wish to have given this place 5 stars. Unfortunately during my meal a bug scurried across the table. I was able to catch it and present it to the staff. I was still able to eat.. though, I wish more was done to address the situation. I was not once apologized to for the instance, felt brushed under the rug. Regardless the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Felt warm and welcoming as I enjoyed a delicious steak perfectly prepared.

Super cozy restaurant. The inside tables are separated by plexiglass with etched designs in the corners, which is just a really nice touch that makes it look intentional. Service and food were wonderful. The olive oil cake is a delightfully light way to end a meal.

Loved this place for so long. We just had our first meal here after the transition out of ESR, and it didn't disappoint! Exceptional food and service, Josie our server was wonderful, and we look forward to coming back to our favorite neighborhood spot for many more special occasions.

An incredible place for shared plates. It’s an intimate setting with delicious food (we considered ordering a few of the dishes again because we loved them so much)! You have the option to sit in the very small dining room or, in good weather, you can sit at a communal table that is half outside/half inside. Would highly recommend this place for an intimate date night!
