Four great starters, including a burger that Is well deservedly rated one of Seattle’s best. Apricot Bruschetta is a delightfully bright first; Salmon Crudo sparkled as a second with deceptively intriguing grapefruit bites and the braised Pork Belly in its green bed, combined just the right proportions of acid to fat. Perhaps most surprising were the French Fries that accompanied the burger: not only was their amount sized correctly (rather than the usual glut many provisioners foist upon a groaning platter to mask the poor quality, frozen processed reconstitutes), here this most basic food is honored simply by using fresh cut spuds. Divine!
Attentive Service by Jacob. Note: if the bill seems high, know that the included 20% service charge is weighted 65/35 between your server and their attendants.
BTW, if your having an Old Fashioned, I strongly suggest the upper end Envious!
Enjoy!
Goldfinch is the number #1 restaurant in Seattle in my opinion!!!! I go to goldfinch at least 4x a month- the food has never let me down it has been consistent every single time- the drinks are well made and the atmosphere is super chill yet high end.. I recommend goldfinch to everyone that loves amazing food done simple and right and if you love to lounge and hang out and have a great drink this is the place!!!!
Nice place, our server was great, food was excellent, I accidentally left my new battery back up and cable, went back the next day and was able to get it. That doesn't always happens.
A fabulous bar to enjoy Apertivo. The bar staff are knowledgeable friendly and busy. The standard of service is exceptional ,the drinks delightful, and the menu was a well executed mix of local fare. The Truffle Angel Hair past was superb ! So good we have been back 3 times.
The crab/beet salad is to die for! But furthermore, the service is beyond exceptional. My bar tenders are the best in the business, and I am treated like a queen each and every time. Hands down my all time favorite place to go, rain or shine! If you want to feel like a royal....GO!

Best brunch I’ve ever been to, by far!! Food is amazing, as is the service. One of the few places I know of that has oysters and shrimp as part of the buffet. You also get the choice of a brunch entree that is cooked fresh and made to order. Bottomless mimosas make it fun, too!!
Killer food, amazing service. I highly recommend it
Thank you. My birthday became so special coz you have a very good customer service & food is awesome.
Such a fun restaurant at The Four Seasons Hotel. The bottomless mimosa brunch, $80/pp, is a great deal with 3 courses of delicious food and mimosas, with a view of the sound. Karla was beyond stellar at the bar and was so sweet to help celebrate a birthday-this service is what sets restaurants apart! Highly recommend!!
Goldfinch Tavern is an upscale restaurant with views of Seattle’s waterfront. The menu includes upscale dishes in addition to tavern staples like a cheeseburger. But being inside of the Four Seasons, it is of course a former wagyu burger. I had one of their smoked old fashioned cocktails which was excellent. The service was top notch with very attentive wait staff who check on us frequently. Overall, the Goldfinch Tavern is a great place to have an enjoyable meal with waterfront views.
Note that valet parking is a separate charge and not complimentary for guests of the restaurant.
I felt like royalty whilst dining here! My water glass was never less than half empty and the service was impeccably outstanding from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in every dish was remarkable. Chicken breast was cooked perfectly and the skin had amazing flavor. Every morsel on the plate was delicious and the flavor profile of ingredients was perfect. Side of roasted carrots were a bit crunchier that I'm used to, but they had a fresh quality flavor. The apple sorbet had a very mild flavor and was just the right size at the point I didn't think I could eat any more. The live music was a nice touch to the atmosphere. Bravo to all the staff, both front and back of house!
I was brought here for a business dinner and was blown away by the food and our extremely attentive wait staff. He was able to provide very specific recommendations for our palet and was able to perfectly assess timing to inquire on food, drinks and so on.
The seafood was very fresh and the flavors of all food (we ordered just about every appetizer) were delicately balanced. I ordered scallops for my main, and tiramasu for dessert.
Atmosphere was very romantic but still didn't feel out of place having a lively business meeting. There was a gentleman singing and playing acoustic guitar that was so skilled we thought it was a recording initially.
Wow wow wow wow wow this burger is fantastic! I’m not sure what is on it, nothing stuck out when I looked over the menu, but it must have some special cheese, caramelized onion, sauce combination maybe? Idk but it’s an absolute must! The woman next to me at the bar said she comes from California every few weeks to have it + another woman across the bar said just seeing it made her order it. The fries were also great, thick but not overly thick, and crispy. The oysters were great as well! The autumn drink was so strong lol it was tiny but one was enough for me!
The view is also unbearably beautiful!
Upscale restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel on the Seattle waterfront. They have an interesting and inventive menu. Hostess and servers were very nice and attentive to everything. Cocktails were top shelf. I started with the Cesar salad that was different, in that it was a half little gem with shaved pecorino and a large slice underneath. It was ok but kinda small. One party member had the crispy avocado heirloom tomato with pea tendrils salad that was very nice. I opted for the salmon with a nice smoky flavor. Someone had the New York strip they really enjoyed. I ordered the tasty roasted sunchokes for a different kind of side dish. Finished the meal with the vanilla cheesecake that was on the creamier side and not as dense as most I’ve had. Very elegant and flavorful meal.
We enjoyed our dinner, portion sizes were smaller than expected, and we would dine here again
Their drinks are awesome
Dropped in for a quick bite and it was real good. The avocado toast was perfectly toasted, the guacamole had a very citrusy taste and thickness to it, and the runny egg on top was 👌. Plus it comes with crispy bacon.
But what really took the cake was the cheesy hash brown it came with.
I had the pleasure of dining here for breakfast one morning while in Seattle. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and there was even a great view of the sound! I ordered a parfait type breakfast that was absolutely delicious & stunning to look at. I would recommend eating here!!
This is a nice restaurant and bar with a good menu. Almost everything is nicely plated. There's a fireplace and they've got a wide selection of top shelf spirits. I especially like the honey butter.
I didn't give this place five stars because the bar closes at about 10:00 p.m. on days. The hostess for the restaurant on two occasions (Wednesday lunch time) was impolite and, surprisingly, for a Four Seasons hotel establishment- did not seem to want to be there.
The food was pretty good but not great, or what I would expect from a four seasons hotel. Typically in a city. The four seasons hotel has a restaurant. That's so good you would go there even if you were not staying at the hotel. This was not the case.
