Love this place. So fresh, amazing taste, very smooth. Tried dozen other places in different states even and this was is the best. Gotta have it every time I'm in Seattle. Truly a taste of heaven!
First, thank you for letting me in a couple of minutes after you closed Thursday evening. And second, you had so much yummy flavors. I wound up picking all refreshing fruity flavors: watermelon, cantaloupe melon and basil strawberry. All wonderful and tasted like the natural fruit juice and then the zing of the basil was an extra highlight in the strawberry flavor (they also had plain strawberry). I highly recommend this place.
First time having Black Plumb. Let’s just say I came back two more times and I now have a new favorite. The problem is I live over three hours away. You’ll need to franchise in my town.

Came in for the first time today and tried the tiramisu gelato... SO good! Very light and creamy, a perfect treat any day. I can't wait to try more flavors! The shop was friendly and inviting. :)
The best gelato I have ever had! This is soft and creamy and you can taste that it is made with the highest quality of ingredients and passion for making a great product! Delish!!!

Delicious.
Tangerine, pear and raspberry was what I got.
Tasting of flavors not allowed so you have to rely on the description of the server; I got her and I did not regret my choices.
Affordable price and generous quantity.
Decent gelato 🍨 w/ exceptionally friendly service - I got Panna Cotta and Hazelnut and my ice cream companion elected for pistachio and mint chip and we both agreed that I made the better call. Overall a nice shop with a convenient location.
Your gelato changed my life!! Everytime I visit Seattle I ensure to stop by to get a scoop. I’ve tried numerous gelato places in other parts of the country in hopes that I can find a pistachio flavor that tastes as good as yours, but no luck so far!! I dream about the pistachio gelato and can’t wait to come back and taste it!!! Please open a store in austin 😭

Excellent gelato! The hazelnut was fantastic - on par with quality in Italy according to my mother who makes it a point to eat gelato almost daily when visiting Italy! Note that this is hazelnut only, which is difficult to find outside Italy (usually find hazelnut and chocolate). Really enjoyed the mint chocolate chip. The dark chocolate had an amazing flavor, although texture was a bit grainy.
Here you will fine decent gelato. Coffee flavor does not disappoint, creamy, dense and rich. The only thing might be a lack of choice. There are only 12 flavors available I believe.
The gelato here was pretty good and hit the spot after visiting the Pike Place Market. We needed a place outside the market to stop in and visit as it seemed very busy & we wanted to escape the hustle and bustle there within. We found this quaint gelato place to be just what we needed. The portion sizes were very generous as a small fit nicely with what we needed. The chocolate chip got a good review and the Nutella one that I got was very good as well. I recommend stopping in to give it a try if you are in the area!
Very friendly staff and helpful during the order. Tried lemon that was surprisingly creamy and pleasantly sour. Also tried pear flavor which is the first time in my life - I really liked it and again felt very creamy. I would visit again.
The staff was so nice!! Sprinted two blocks to make it before closing time, but the door was locked when we got there. But the server opened it up for us and still let us buy gelato! The lemon gelato was really good. We went at pretty much exactly 6:30 during the winter season.
Good gelato! Pretty light and airy. Tried the hazelnut, it was great. The hazelnut gelatos I had in Italy had just a little more flavor. Perhaps it has to do with the variety of hazelnut.
Hazelnut ice cream was reasonably flavorful, but nothing like Italian gelato in Italy. Not bad, though.
No cash and they don't let you taste anything.
I can't eat dairy so I don't get ice cream or gelato often, especially because the alternative-milk versions often cost a lot more. I'm also not a fan of sorbet because it's too icy/watery. I don't like the consistency. Some fruit flavored gelatos don't have dairy but still have a nice smooth consistency. I got a small cup with lemon and mango flavors and it was so tasty! They also have Illy's coffee, which is one of my absolute favorite Italian coffee brand.
Loved this . Had a quick stop over when doing a walking tour in seattle and kids loved it . There were a few chairs outside to sit and eat . We had few flavors of ice creams and all tasted good . Service could be a bit faster .. parking is tough . Very Close to pike place market . Liked it overall 👍👍👍
Fantastic little stop in spot for Gelato. They make them all in house and they are delicious and creamy and light for a quick snack. I had the coffee flavor which was delightfully rich but not too heavy on the stomach. Highly recommend this place!

I love this gelato place. I make it a point to eat gelato from here every time I visit Seattle. I alway get the dark chocolate gelato because I love it but I want to try the other flavors especially the berry and the hazelnut. Service was excellent. And the coffee is exceptional.
Staff here is absolutely fantastic! We were her last customers of the night, and she treated us as if we were her first. Gelato was fabulous, real flavors and so smooth and creamy! Best combo was strawberry & orange. Yum!
