The best meals I have ever had... I come all the way from Los Angeles to enjoy all the superb dishes and wines. A must-go place.
Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had. We ordered all but 3 things and were blown away by almost everything. The kitchen sink cocktail was also divine. Can’t wait to go back again and again. 👏!!
Absolutely wonderful! A must go! The black cod was mouth watering and cooked to perfection. Preparations were unique and right on spot. This is my new fav in Seattle!
Stopped here for an early dinner. We were not very hungry so we had a light meal. We started with the chicken hearts which were very flavorful. This was my first time eating hearts so the texture felt interesting but overall a great dish. We took the halibut from the raw section which was nice. My wife did not like the mustard seeds in the fish as they made it a bit bitter for her liking and I resonate with that. We took the pork ribs from the big grill section which was pretty tasty and would recommend for sure. It had a distinct smell which I am not sure what caused it, either the sunflower mole or the agave. We ended with the tart which was pretty good as well. The crust was crisp and tasty and the filling was flavorful but a bit runny. Overall a great experience.
Cute Latin-fusion new American restaurant with a solid cocktail selection. Loved loved loved the Brazilian cheese bread - the best I’ve had! We couldn’t stop eating them!
We ordered a variety of dishes, from raw to salads to skewers to whole fish.
Def on the pricier side given the portion but we had a great time.
PS, dogs are allowed only in the courtyard (no roof) but not in the patio (with a roof).
Really fun and cute restaurant. We sat outside and the atmosphere was great. Food was all delicious, the green salad was so simple but so great and the pork chop was perfectly cooked and the mole was different a tasty. All of the dishes were great and felt unique. Fun restaurant.
Food was mostly delicious 😋. I would especially recommend getting the mussel toast, and grilled hamachi tuna collars (this was a special on the day we went). The atmosphere and vibes are great, and we really liked seating outdoors.
I found this amazing restaurant unexpectedly. The service, cocktails, food are all good! The portion is relatively small, so we tried many dishes (10 dishes for 4 people😂). Especially recommend Squid Ink risotto, Pork Belly, Duck Confit, Brazilian cheese bread. For the drinks, I like Hide and Seek, not too sweet, a bit sour, very fresh! They can do some mocktails if requested.
Kipper sandwich was yummy. Bagel skin was less tense than I'd prefer which made for a more chewy bite (not NY style). Wife thought lox sandwich was under smoked. Salt on chocolate cookie wasn't my thing. Espresso drinks were serviceable...but would get them from Stone Wolf next door, next time. Hanging out in covered patio next to stone fire pit was a wonderful way to spend brunch.
The food is tapas style, suggest to order many dishes and share.
I highly recommend squid ink risotto and Brazilian cheese bread (I don’t have photo….); both are amazingly good!
Drinks are all good and more like fruity. I like them all
The food is amazingly good! I just fell in love with their plantain's chips! The grilled beef was quite expensive but very delicious.
Their drinks have a very complex flavour that will definitely surprise you on your first try.
We also got their desserts: the Horchata cake had a bit too much cinnamon for my taste but the Rice pudding with lemon mousse and shortbread was perfect.
It's an walk-in only place so we couldn't make reservations for a Saturday night. We waited about 45~50min for our table, but we could enjoy the drinks and snacks seated outside.
Service was ok. The waitress looked busy and upset with us somehow. But this place definitely is a worth going!!!
I never do 5 stars but I really need to for manolin. Every dish was creative, balanced with some crunch, some acidity, perfect salting and tons of flavors. Every dish had a surprise "I didn't think this and that would go well together.
Based on other reviews the menu changes frequently. The menu goes from small dishes to larger. The cheese bread is small popover. We asked and they made it during dinner- which is amazing since it's so fussy to make. The bread was fluffy, melt in your mouth. The ceviche had a good balance of acid and the corn nuts kept it from being mushy. The albacore dish had 4 perfect cuts of fish with a nice bright sauce. It was quite different from the ceviche. I could taste the mescal in the sauce. The zucchini dish really shined with perfect level of acid + salt. The avocado sauce was a perfect addition. The squid ink rissoto was also perfect. The squid perfectly cooked (not chewy) and risotto as well. One of my favorites of the night. The duck confit was a little charred so the skin was crispy to contrast with the mole sauce. Mole sauce had no chocolate and so was light and flavorful. The chocolate cake dessert was the only disappointment but honestly who needs a dessert after such a feast. The drinks were unique and strong. I loved the roasted banana whiskey.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Would go everyday if I could - hence the 5 star.
Good spot for a group outing. They serve the food family style so you can probably sample most of their menu, which is mercifully limited in scope. The cocktails were imaginative and delightful. Food is delivered in sequence so there’s rarely a dull moment.
