Ma'ono Fried Chicken - Seattle - Photo album

Great chicken!!! If you want a spicy (or not) chicken sandwich this is a good place to get it. Great crust on that chicken!! Flavor is on point, perfect bread (sweet and soft and not thick) and a few sauces to choose from and they all are delicious. Tenders are 🔥 too.
Update: This place has now moved inside Benbow Room. There is a small door where they place all online orders! Still the best! My fav friend chicken sandwich spot in Seattle. I have been on a fried chicken sandwich hunt and have tried several spots in Seattle in 2021 but nothing beats Maono. I have
Great Hawaiian joint. The food has great presentation and the portions are decent. The lighting was a little dimmer than I like. The fried chicken is light and not greasy. I read a lot about the fatty saimin and looked forward to it, however, it was slightly disappointing. Although it had a great br
I enjoyed my visit to Ma’ono. I’m not in West Seattle very often, but I found myself there on a Friday night and it was still open at 9pm so I visited. I’ve been to the window they have at U Village and enjoyed it, but had not yet visited the original location. There were a bunch of tables available
Excellent service and value! Dining in was great and everything comes boxed up, so you can be taken home afterwards. I don’t have any complaints about that if it cuts down on serving time and everything made to go. Everything is definitely priced well and lots of food! More than expecting.
Some of the most amazing fried chicken you’ll have in Seattle (yes it’s better than that local fried chicken shop that has become a local chain). Ma’ono as Hawaiian and other Asian inspired flavors to is menu to compliment the fried chicken. Me and my friend ordered the whole bird, which is 10 piece
The food was good. A chicken sandwich and a 2 pc chicken combo. The chicken sandwich wasn't very crispy but still good. The 2 pc was split 1 tender 1 drummy. The tender wasn't crispy but the drumstick was. Bad night for tenders or they sat too long. Spam masubi was good. Overall pleasant experience
Nice restaurant that serves Hawaiian fusion dishes. Their most well known item is fried chicken, but be mindful that you need to reserve one in advance when you make a reservation. Breakfast includes dishes like loco moco and spam musubi in addition to the fried chicken. Great for families too.
Very tasty food for brunch and the best options among our orderings are the fried chicken and the warm fresh sweet rolls. The sweet rolls are definitely highly recommended. Reasonable “Seattle” price. The staff seem overall worn with the amount of customer flow and taking care of multiple tables at
This spot is definitely a must go to, I know it's a little on the outskirts in west Seattle and that drive can be tedious especially with the bridge bring closed. But the chicken i mean look at the picture and how much it glosses and the drinks were definitely amazing had to get two of them. I liked
good fried chicken is something that's more of an art than science, and it's very easy to slip and wind up with something soggy, tasteless, or heavy. This place does none of those things, and delivered a fried chicken was crispy and tender and full of flavor. Major bonus points for the service as we
Pretty decent lil joint. I went for the chicken and Spam sushi and the Spam sushi does NOT disappoint. The chicken was so so, but just too crunchy and not what we were expecting. The ramen bowl was pretty average. I'd recommend this place for happy hour (5pm-6pm, -Thursday-Monday)
Six things: - Gosling Ginger Beer: out of four restaurants in two days, this was the best sparkling drink I had. Super great, not too sweet - French Toast: I took this home and finished it for dinner but this meal tastes as pretty as it looks. Completely worth it with six/seven pieces of the softe
Finally checked this place out tonight. On the weekends we see lines out the door waiting for brunch, lunch and dinner! We were lucky tonight because there was no line and plenty of open tables. I liked that they asked if we were celebrating anything special, wonder if they do anything for birthdays
This place is legit. We tried the mild fried chicken, the Mac and cheese, the okra, and the hot chicken sandwich with kimcheese. I can't say anything bad. The best meal we have had in a long time. Our waiter, Bruce was fantastic. If you are in West Seattle, you must come here.
The fried chicken is cooked in a much different way than you may be used to, but it is a delicious taste. The dipping sauce that comes with the chicken is unique as well, a little spicy but loaded with flavor. The loco Moco is a bit pricey but the meat is of higher quality than you normally would ge
Please never change Ma'Ono. The perfect balance of light and heavy with a cold asian pear and beet salad with roasted sesame, and my favorite chicken sandwich. Don't underestimate the spice either! No refunds if you cannot handle it! The pickled daikon adds something really special. Best chicken san
The service was great!!! I noticed at least 15 chicken sandwiches were ordered and sadly I'm a vegetarian and couldn't try but I'm told they take 2 days to prepare it before it is served. YUM!!! They are very creative with the menu and as a non- meat eater I had plenty to choose from. Highly recomme
Battery was crispy and pretty tasty. Medium hot-level was not too hot (but that's totally subjective). $11 plus tax and tip for a sandwich with no sides or drink is a bit on the high side. Probably on the low side given the rent has got to be high in this shopping center. Take note that it share
